Never recomaned anyone double bed Too small if person is over 5ft. Overall very convince for tourism.

A Quick Trip

Pros: Everything: the staff, the bar, the rooms, all were wonderful.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Smithsonian museums
We mainly visited Smithsonian museums. The hotel provided shuttles to the metro and airport every fifteen minutes-half hour. They were always on time and very courteous.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: Just needs a little updating.
Location: Lots of sightseeing to do right around that area.
We needed a hotel for the night and found this for us. It was a perfect location for the tour we did and not too far from the Dulles airport.

Pros: The price
Cons: The shuttle pickup time is inconsistent. It could use some work. No free breakfast and restaurant is pretty expensive.
Location: Nothing within walking distance, close to the airport
This was a nice hotel that offers a free shuttle to the airport and Metro. However, no free breakfast and there is nothing within walking distance.

Thank you for your comments. Whilst there is limited amenities within walking distance, DC is not far away and we offer a free shuttle service as you mentioned to help guests get around. Shuttle times are posted in the lobby I apologize you did not see them – We post them so guests are able to organize their days! We also do not have complimentary breakfast but we do offer multiple packages which include it so guests are able to decide which amenities will suit their stay without having to pay for things they will not use. close to airport...free shuttle service

Location: as previously stated we only stayed one night to recover from a very long day of traveling...3 flights and 30 hours of travel.
We only stayed one night. We had come in from an 18 hour overseas flight and were in desperate need of a shower and bed. We got to the hotel much earlier than anticipated and the staff was able to have a room cleaned and prepared for us. While we were waiting, we were given vouchers for their huge breakfast buffet which was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient.

No refrigerator, no microwave oven. But the shuttle buses are ok.

Pros: The location, staff, parking, food, shuttle I could go on and on....
The hotel staff was outstanding. The food in the dining room was good. The hotel had a shuttle to an area mall which was huge and convenient. The Metro (train) was at the mall. The shuttle is very convenient and safe will take you the length of DC and beyond.....There is a bar, Starbucks, Dining room, and gift shop available to you.Our stay was outstanding the staff was impecable.
