“Went back again”

Good location for families. DC is about 20 mins away. Metro station is 5 mins walk. Restaurants everywhere. Safe neighborhood.

The staff were extra friendly and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The heavenly shower and bed are divine!

very, very quiet considering location. we were 2 floors form the street, and heard pratically nothing. room was super clean, and very comfortable. wish wifi had been free.

Very nice room. Clean and well kept. Staff was very professional. I would recommend Westin Hotels. I plan to stay with them again.

“Washington DC trip”

Since the Westin Arlington is located outside of the city, it was less expensive than staying downtown for a very nice hotel. The location was convenient to the subway and in a safe neighborhood. we had no problem getting around.

“Very comfortable”

Nice room, very comfortable, upscale feel, nice continental breakfast, helpful staff. The neighborhood is a bit dull but if you need to be in the area it's fine. It's a quick walk to the Metro and from there just a few stops to better areas for dinner, so don't let the location stop you unless you really feel you must be in the heart of action.

“Loved the Hotel, Not the Location”

The hotel was wonderful. Eveybody was very helpful and the hotel was kept in great condition. The only problem is there is NOTHING to do anywhere around the hotel. There are only a couple of places to eat and there is no shopping or anything in the area. (Other than a small mall with a Macy's and not really anything else.) The hotel was great, but I would not recommend it at all due to the location. You are going to have to take the M to do anything. MAJOR DIAPPOINTMENT!

i travel often and stay in no less than 4 star hotels for the most part..this westin i would say is close to being 4.5 because of its age,but when i have bussines in washington i will stay at this arlington hotel.i always book through expedia...
