nice hotel, very quiet and safe neighborhood

Pros: rooms are very pretty, clean and comfortable.
Cons: it would be nice if they include breakfast
Location: far from stores
very good for families and a good place for vacation

Everything as I expected and like to see

Very inviting from check in, the room, the bar. Bed was very comfortable. Only fees for Internet made this not 100% perfect.

THE WATER TEMP. IN THE SHOWER WENT FROM HOT TO COLD ALL THE TIME THE SHOWER LEAKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR THE MAKEUP MIRROR WAS READY TO FALL OFF THE WALL THE TV WOULD FREEZE UP ALL THE TIME NO VENDING MACHINES BED WAS NICE CLOSE TO THE METRO RAIL LINE

Most comfortable bed ever.

Flew in to Dulles late and this hotel was close and had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had.

Very Average hotel

Pros: OK hotel
Cons: Prompt room service and follow ups with guests
Location: Good location close to good restaurants. Washington DC can be considered close by as well.
No bath room locks. They charged $12 on my credit card, with out my knowledge. I still don't fro what they charged me for.

Beautiful hotel, great service, worth it!

Pros: Everything (the price)
Cons: SPG rewards doesn't give you full credit when rooms are booked through Expedia ( we'd never pay for these rooms if it weren't on Expedia.)
Location: Good access to all of DC --with light driving.
We parked in the garage (free) and were never far from the entrance. Our room was fabulous. Staff were friendly and accommodating, food in restaurant was great ( maybe a little expensive, but we got the room for a steal) our penultimate day was spent just sitting around the lobby reading and drinking coffee--perfect atmosphere. Might could use as little more casual seating in the lobby--it was minimal. Overall, the perfect getaway!

Good Westin property

Very close and convenient to Dulles airport. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. Decent salad in the restaurant, coffee available in the morning, free newspapers, decent room, no problems.
