Clean and well appointed. Lacking some finishing touches: directions for parking, basic hotel information in room, and other small issues that do not effect the comfort and quality of our experience there. Not unexpected for a large hotel with the paint just dry. The hotel street location is a difficult find; better map direction would be helpful because the area is new and not on my GPS.

Real nice hotel near airport, relaxing and scenic.

Hotel was located in pretty space. Literally next to airport but had a sense of being peaceful and calm and away from the hustle bustle of an airport. Did have to wait quite a while for hotel shuttle bus though. No other food shops next to hotel so eat at hotel restaurant or get in Dulles airport and bring with you.

空港近くのホテル

Pros: 部屋が広く清潔なところ
Cons: ロビーでWI-HIが無料で使えましたが自動でつながらないので前もってwelcomeと 入れることを知らせて欲しかった。
Location: 空港までは10位なので本当に近かったです。
ホテルは部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。WI-HIが部屋で無料でできれば最高でした。 送迎は30分おきなのでもう少し頻繁にあれば嬉しいです。

no air con , unexplained charge on credit card.

Cons: maybe have an air con in room that works properly.
nice hotel but terrible stay. WONT BE BACK , we just needed a room for one night, unexplained 5 dollar charge on credit card after stay. Im thinking its for the starbucks coffee we used. NOT HAPPY

Pros: Staff was very friendly and nice.
Cons: Better shuttle service to run more and later hours
Location: You have to travel quite a bit to get to anything. Only a 10 minute drive or so to the metro.
The bathroom was dirty. (hair in the shower) Room service was non existent. They took so long because they said they were short staffed. The shop was in a corner and you had to go the front desk to pay behind people checking in or out.. The life guard was so od he fell asleep in the chair. we took picture of him. It was hilarious. One restaurant, very average food. Not what we expected from a WESTIN

Nice hotel near the airport

The hotel is clean and friendly and conveniently located near the airport. We stayed here as an alternative to staying in DC proper, to save on parking!

Melissa M was very attentive to the planned details for my stay. Jennifer was very nice and prompt in all concerns and accommodations. The free shuttle service within 2 miles came in handy and Mike the manager was very attentive to patrons. Overall, my stay at this Westin was pretty good.

nice hotel, very quiet and safe neighborhood
