Pros: When we checked out we reported the problems we had. The desk clerk offered us a water or soda & profusely apologized. Great food & waitress.
Cons: Need I say more?
Location: Airport
Our room was very nice with the exception on a broken luggage stand, a dirty wash cloth in a drawer with several room cards, no remote for the TV, and used candy wrappings in a night stand drawer. It was reported to the night desk clerk, and a hotel male maid in the hallway. The maintenance man brought us a TV remote, the hotel maid said he would tell the manager. No one showed up and we went to bed at 10:30.

Awesome hotel!!

Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Nothing needed improving that I saw!!
Location: Location is close to the airport, great shopping at all the stores we know & love to shop at & great dining places!!
Great bed, beautiful shower & room! Best of all...GREAT rates!!! At check-in I was asked if we were flying out of Washington Dulles & they immediately offered a shuttle for me & to shuttle my husband back to the hotel after my flight left!!! This saved my husband from having to drive to the airport, find & pay for parking & then find his way back to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!!

Pros: The staff were helpful ectremely helpful
Cons: Nothing could be, to my mind, improved
Location: It is an external issue not directly related to the hotel itself. But the hotel is somewhat isolated and there are no shops nearby
The room was huge, very well appointed and pleasant. The ambience of the building was pleasing to my soul. I will definitely use this hotel again and I will recommend it to my friends.

Business Trip - One Night Stay

Pros: I liked how clean and tidy this hotel was. The staff was very nice and efficient.

Location: The location is very convenient to the Dulles airport. I did not explore much, as I was there for business.
While I only stayed for one night during a business trip, I found the Westin to be a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient upon check-in. My room was ready, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and had extra pillows on it. The bathroom was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.

Great Stay on New Years Eve

Location: Very close to the airport which made it nice in the morning. Early flight
We had an awesome stay on New Years Eve while waiting to depart for NOLA on New Years Day. Staff in the lounge were awesome and we made some new friends. Great job. We ordered in and the local pizza place was great on the recommendation of a local.

Pros: very nice clean, friendly staff ,accommodating will be booking again for spring travel
Location: museums
my daughter ended up using because I was sick. They registered her and she was very impressed with the hotel. She arrived at midnight. The front desk staff were so personable and polite. We travel a lot, said it was a beautiful room. she had a small lake and bridge out her door. she could not stop raving about how nice it was and the different museums that she and my grandson were going to go to. everything was conviently located. We plan on going back in the spring and using your hotel again

Pros: Overall, a very nice place with excellent friendly staff and a well-designed and tasteful interior. The shuttle to the Dulles Airport was a lifesaver
Cons: The access cover in the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. Give us an electrical outlet near the headboards! That's where we use electronics.
Location: We only had time to see the Airport.
We stayed one night after flying home from new York.

Nice hotel close to Dulles Airport.

Pros: The hotel was only a few minutes away from the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum which we attended.
Cons: Nothing that I could see.
Location: Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. Free admission. Excellent place to take your kids or yourself to learn about all aspects of aviation.
The beds were very comfortable after our 13 hour drive from Florida. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
