Pros: Restaurant, rooms, beds and staff are all excellent.
Cons: Cleaning staff is very anxious to get in the rooms and clean. Even after establishing a time when we would be gone from the room.
Location: Dulles Air and Space Museum is just a couple miles away. Plenty of restaurants are a short drive(10 miles or so). Plenty of walking areas.
Very nice hotel. Very reasonable price. Rooms are a little narrow, but very nicely appointed. Getting into the parking garage can be rough for low to the ground vehicles or tall SUVs. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

Comfortable and Beautiful

This hotel is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. Good hotel for the price. Would recommend it to others and would stay here again. The view outside the window was also nice!

Spring Break

Pros: the staff, and how clean the rooms were. The food was really good also. reasonable prices for the food.
Cons: Having carts in the garage area, so that the people who want to carry there own things to there room can do that.
Location: It is a wonderful location, to go into DC. Drive to the metro and take the silver line. Cheaper to buy a all day pass.
The Hotel is wonderful. Everyone is really nice, rooms clean. Just wish that we had a better view out our window instead of the parking garage. It would be nice to have carts in the parking garage so you can bring all our stuff in instead of making multiple trips. It is along way from the garage to the front lobby where you have to check in and then go up to your room. I would pull up front bring everything in have someone stay with the stuff, and then go park.

Close to airport

I expected that they offer a pickup service from airport. The most surprising part is when they forgot to wake me up and I was about to miss my international flight! They simply said "we forgot"!

I will retrain the staff on proper procedures for wake up calls. I sincerely apologize that your wake up call was missed. Just what it needs to be

Anyone in need of a comfortable hotel close to Dulles will be satisfied with The Westin. The members of staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. I wouldn't describe it as memorable but airport hotels generally don't need to be . . . very functional, clean and welcoming.

Nice hotel close to Dulles Airport

Pros: No "hotel" smell in either the halls or room.
Cons: We found the "pillow top" mattress to bee too soft and non-supportive of our, admitedly, bad backs.
We needed the GPS to find this easily, but great experience when we arrived. My husband was in need of a cup of coffee, the staff helped quickly and with courtesy.
