Pros: The Staff was wonderful and very pleasant and spoke with our children about the hotel as well.
We needed a last minute place to stay while traveling from visiting with family and friends in NC and we wanted to make a stop in DC on the way back. They offered a great rate and comfy beds. :)

Had an issue with my the lock on my room, waited a bit and was offered a free drink at the bar while they resolved the problem. Great staff, very attentive to the customer. Would definitely stay here again!

nice hotel off the beltway

Pros: Nice staff, comfortable room and bath. Most important it is right off the beltway.
Cons: Perhaps a more frequent Metro shuttle and a complimentary continental breakfast.
Location: Right off the beltway in Falls Church, near Tysons Corner malls. Believe closest metro has shuttle to Wolftrap (summer music and performances.)
Just passing through, weather conditions were bad, and found this hotel on Expedia right off the beltway. Like most Westins this is largely a business hotel though at least on this night offered free parking and wi-fi. It had a free shuttle on the hour to the nearby tysons corner malls. It had a more limited shuttle to the nearest DC Metro stop. It did offer to shuttle anywhere within a 3 mile radius by advance arrangement. The room was fine, the bed and bedding comfortable. Dual head shower. I wish these places would also offer some free breakfast. The cost for breakfast here is quite high. All in all I would certainly recommend the hotel.

We arrived very late due to terrible traffic and the staff welcomed us and helped us to our room. Much appreciated hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

Convenient location

Friendly staff at check-in. Complimentary bottle of water in room. Comfy and clean room. Great shower. Location close to shopping and metro. Nice indoor pool.

Few minor irregularities. But the hotels staff offered more help in the way of directions and further information about hotel. They provide a free shuttle ride to metro station for a tour of DC central

Great staff! It's in a great location and it was at a very affordable price. The room was perfectly clean and maintained that way. I would definitely stay at this location again. Free parking Friday and Saturday!!

Treated like a second class citizen

We arrived everything was fine, until we had to bring up our own bags. The room was great (a little small) but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. I let it go until the morning when I spoke with the front desk clerk. He said he would have someone take care of it immediately. We returned to the room later that evening and their were no signs of repair and the fan still did not function. So I let it go considering the way we were being treated in the first place and I got the feeling I wasn't going to get results no matter what I asked for.
