Convenient location. Well appointed gym. Nice bartender and bar snacks. There was a very off-putting stain on the carpet in the room, the toilet didn't flush easily and we didn't have any wash cloths.

I asked for quite room and not too far because I have back problem and she put me in the farst room at the end of the hallway and by the highway I couldn’t sleep and I have next day flight room 650 will never forget

We went through 2 rooms in our first hour there. First room my son flushed liquid and the toilet just overflowed and overflowed. I had to walk through the flood just to turn off the water valve. They moved us to another room which had no working Television. We watched the engineer try to fix it for a half an hour and he said we should change rooms again because he could not fix it. Third time was a charm. Working toilets and TV. Beds were comfortable. Wish they could have got it right the first time. Really annoyed I was changed $10 for parking after all I went through.

The Friendliest Hotel
We were very impressed with the staff of the Westin, Tysons Corner. Everyone we met was invariably pleasant and presented themselves with a smile. I have rarely seen this level of the staff presenting themselves as really enjoying their jobs. Your management is to be complimented. In addition, the breakfast was very tasty and at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much.

the carpet in our room was clearly not vacuumed, there was some sort of a wrapper in plain sight. The sink area in the bathroom was also not wiped down ... that's unfortunate because otherwise the facility was good and front desk staff very helpful and friendly at 11pm!!

My second time here and it was a superb stay! The only issue were the guests across the hall were a little loud and a crying baby but otherwise im very pleased. Next time I will ask who is on the floor with me.lol

The best stay
Staff was courteous, friendly, efficient and on point to get us the best in comfort. The new beds are too high and difficult to get into so the staff was very helpful to make our stay the best at the version. Daniel was excellent in working with us.

No microwave ls in rooms. But we found out on our last night that once can be requested to be put in. The bathroom room doors are sliding barn doors. They're loud and don't do much to black noise.

I usually stay at this Westin anytime I’m in this area overall it was a good stay, but the only complaint I have is with the bathroom. The bathroom is somewhat outdated compared to other Westin hotels. And it could’ve been way more cleaner than it was. When I was entered the bathroom there was water on the floor, the walls behind the sink and in the shower were dirty , leftover hair from prev guest, the walls were discolored and the paint was peeling. Which wasn’t the best to look at when taking a shower. I even requested the bathroom be cleaned and they half cleaned at the time I requested it. I don’t recall the bathroom being so disgusting my previous stays. I hesitate to stay at this particular location again.

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The room did not seem to be adequately cleaned. There was a random suite jacket, and the phone jack box was kicked out of the wall, lingering on the floor.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable making the hotel a very nice place to stay. The staff are polite, helpful and efficient. The location is convenient and easy to get to with the local highways. Only issue is the noise from the highways is rather loud. The ice machines were not working the last two times we stayed at the hotel. Not sure why they have not been fixed.

I love the friendly welcome from front desk staff and ease of check in & self parking. Also, Nelson, the bartender in the restaurant, gave exceptional service, recommendations about food, wine & things to do in the area! He made our stay awesome!
