“Great staff, very nice accomodations.”

We arrived at this hotel on the tail of an outdoor electrical fire. This fire caused them to loose all power to the building and it was not restored until midnight. We opted to move to another hotel until they confirmed everything was o.k. When we went back the next afternoon the staff was very accommodating, upgraded our room and gave us a discount for a return trip. The hotel is very nice, the included breakfast was very good. They had a chef on site to make fresh omlets. I did not see anything missing that a person could want for breakfast. (The juice was very watered down would be my only complaint.) The location was very central to everything we needed. We will definately stay there again.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in handed me the key and some purple tickets for free breakfast. She seemed to not want to tell us much information, just handed the tickets and keys.

Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast service excellent. Easy access for freeway. Central location to places we needed to be at.

“Great hotel for everyone!”

This is an older hotel that is in the process of being remodeled. It is really nice in the lobby area. There is a Damon's restaurant and bar on the lower level. There is also a breakfast bar area where they serve a great breakfast buffet for free. There is also a nice waterfall. The lobby registration desk overlooks this area. Very nice place to lounge around. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to change rooms (after we had already checked in) due to family issues and the staff made the change immediately and seemed happy to do so! I would definitely stay there again.

“Great Place to Stay!”

As long as you don't have to call into the call center you are good to go. I just wanted to upgrade my room to a jacuzzi suite, the call center could not understand my request. But upon check in they helped me and upgraded my room to a jacuzzi suite for $25 a night. All in all with the free breakfast this was an awesome place to stay!

“Very comfortable, stayed a 2nd time on a business trip 4 days later”

The beds were comfortable and overall we had no complaints. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and choices. (could add 1 or 2 more juices as they had only apple and orange). The pool was smaller than it appeared in the picture, but was fine.
