Huge discrepancy between lobby and rooms - disappointing- rooms not that clean and quite shabby.

you need new windows!Posted Jan 19, 2015
my room was nice, clean; however when I arriv d the curtains were moving and blowing around as if the window was open. Upon further investigation I discovered it was closed. The noise from the old window, the wind literally blowing through the room and the unbuffered highway noise made it impossible to fall asleep. It really felt like I was camping outdoors. On a positive note the restaurant staff was very nice and the pool was a lot of fun.

Cons: The entire hotel needs renovation
I am very sorry to have to write this report but feel that the report is going to be beneficial to others. Upon checking into our room, found the room smelled of alcohol and tobacco, the chair was stained so badly you didn't want to sit on it, also the bed coverlet was stained very badly also, did not want to touch it, the remote for the tv did not work, could hear outside noise from the highway and people coming in and out, the phone did not work, could not reach the front desk, had to make a trip to the front desk to report problem. They moved us to another room, this room was a lot cleaner than the first one but still in poor condition. I was with my 99 year old Aunt and we had to make do with the room as the storm came in and we had difficulty trying to get around in snow conditions. I think the hotel is long past due for a complete renovation. I am sorry that I was not able to find better accommodations any sooner. I feel that hotel should refund this portion of my hotel stay.

Hotel needs work.Posted Dec 30, 2014
Cleaning staff never replace any of the toiletries in the room or cleaned the bathroom. The parking lot was a death trap. You would think with the snow they would clear the parking lot, or at least the entrance to the building. And to top it all off I had to call downstairs twice to get them to send someone up to tell the kids running in the hallway to stop.

Location: Right off I-25 - easy access to the North Denver area.
The breakfast was great - fresh, hot food. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. However, they need to repair trim on the walls, dresser and paint chips and the bathtub needs replace - chips - faucet looked like it was going to fall off the wall.
