Not on Expedia, nor their actual website does it state this property is under renovations. There is currently no lobby, no gym, no vending or concessions. Finding the makeshift check in area wasn't too difficult, a dark and cluttered room with an employee that wasn't rude, but not exactly friendly either. Whatever, I'm only sleeping here. Or so I thought. After DoorDashing a few snacks and drinks over, because again.. no concessions or vending and the property is kind of isolated on a dark street as it is, no convenience stores or restaurants right around.. I try to sleep. See, I know to expect to hear the occasional voices and footsteps, that's not going to bother me, but starting right after 9pm, and only getting worse and worse before I finally bailed around midnight, the NOISE was unbearable. So maybe it's not THEIR fault that other people on the floor had kids shrieking and running up and down the halls multiple times. Opening and closing of the doors, hard, constantly. Eventually slamming of doors. Young child screaming incessantly. Eventually, people fussing and cursing. Tried to call the reception, not sure if it didn't dial because.. well, as previously stated, there is no lobby right now, or maybe other people were calling down, I don't know. ... but at a quarter to midnight, when you're wondering if you're right next door to a domestic violence incident coming soon, I didn't feel safe. And I certainly wasn't going to sleep. So I left.

They are undergoing renovation of most of first floor right now and mych of the actual hotel. It is torn apart right now, difficult to access (and quite difficult if you are in a wheelchair). No fitness facility at all right now, just not the place it was described to be as I booked it. We slept, but not able to do much more. Even the "provided breakfast" was questionable as they just brought mostly cold food into a meeting room, and that was your choice. I don't know what it will be like in future, but as of April 2024 it's a mess and for the price of badically just a place to sleep, I'd stay elsewhere or call and ask if renovations are completed

They should have closed while under renovation. No gym access, lobby and the hotel was filthy. Dust and debris everywhere. Just an awful stay. Shame on you, Hilton, for allowing this property to remain open.

The breakfast bar was the deciding factor on where to stay. . A lot more were cheaper but yours was the BEST VALUE. If you don't change a thing,I will see you again! STAFF WERE GREAT !!!

This property is currently being renovated and it is much needed. The shower, vanity and tile in the bathroom looks like it was updated not long ago but the rest of the room and the rest of the hotel is terrible. The elevator had a sign that the 5th floor is undergoing renovations and I hope they will continue throughout. The front desk check in person was ok - very friendly to the coworker but not as much to me. Polite but just not cheerful. All in all the stay was not bad. Clean sheets, relatively quiet, and clean bathroom.

Pretty good
Our stay was comfortable enough. Everyone did their jobs and we slept well. There were decent restaurants close by and we ate well. The place was clean but felt a little cramped in terms of overall size of room. I guess that's the design these days to make all the numbers work.

Do not recommend this place. First of all, the front desk lady who checked us in was extremely unprofessional and rude with us while checking in. She was sarcastic and treated us like we didn’t know anything. Next, the room was very dirty. Stains on the curtains, food under the AC unit, hair on shower towels. The room was dark and had a weird smell. Would not recommend this place and I will never come back if I stop by Atlanta.

We were shocked that WiFi was not included with the room. The unhelpful guy at the service desk said that there was a way that we could get it free with Hyatt but it didn't work. WiFi should be a basic standard amenity in today's world not something to make you join a "program".
