Pros: Nothing
Cons: Phones on floors for easy call up to room.
Booking was wrong, room was not ready for us , not enough towels. Went to pool and have no phone to call up to room, lost earring in room of course no one found it! Rude 2 nd shift supervisor.

Not worth the money.

Pros: Checking out.
Cons: Cleanliness and customer service.
Location: Not much to do in michigan city.
The older side of the hotel is an absolute dump. The newer spa tower is poorly maintained and all the amenities are geared towards the emerald club members. I have stayed here a few times but this was my last stay. Very disappointed.

The hotel needs a better ventilation system due to allowance of smoking. The smell of smoke permeated hallways & restaurants. Smoking sections need to be established. The security dept did a terrible job by allowing Thorogood's brother stand up on front of stage blocking the view the entire show. Every picture we took had his body blocking our view.

Visit to the beach!

On a short get away from the Indy area and stayed one night. Nice hotel, fun activities plus nearby shopping and a great view of the lake.

Very disappointed

Location: Bad part of town
My husband and I drove out of our way to stay here, because it looked nice! However, we regret booking this hotel. When we walked into the room, we could tell immediately that the bed was tilted. The foot end of the bed was lifted much higher. We were told we would be transferred to the room next door and to wait. We told them we had to leave, and they said they would be right there...they never came. Once we returned we tried to upgrade our room to a suite. They wouldn't let us do that because we had booked through expedia. Every time we requested anything, their response was "we can't because you booked through expedia." We had a terrible experience here.

Cons: Check in to the hotel should be separate from the drop off from the casino.

Towels sheets pillow cases all smelled like smoke

Had no hot water ??!!! Room smelled so bad of smoke could not sleep. Sheets towels pillow cases. It was bad.

good times

Pros: The room was clean and the AC work very well!
Cons: Have more people at the fron desk!
Location: There are a number of thing to do close by like the lighthouse square outlet mall, and the dune is also a short distance away.
Room was nice just did not like the long walk from the check in desk to the room on the south end, also the check in line was a long wait.
