The property is beautiful and my room was very nice. The horse play in the pool area was with the father throwing the kids in the pool and splashing everywhere wasn't addressed by front desk staff. I feel that was unacceptable and unsafe for the children. The breakfast was not that great. They need more cereal, and fruit selection as well as hot food selections.Other then that I definitely recommend this hotel

The check in experience was below subpar. The attendant at the desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was truly disappointed that my weekend get away started off on such an unpleasant note. The attendant was so rude that I actually feel uneasy about leaving my items in the room not knowing what the attendant could do. I suggest that Amber the manager get some additional customer service training.

That was a terrible breakfast over two-day stay. The worst I’ve ever had. No eggs, not even boiled. No bagels, no muffins, no cream cheese nor peanut butter spread. Fruits were to the bare minimum of few apples and a couple of bananas. They had ketchup but for what? Not any type of potatoes were provided. Only biscuits and grits, few slices of white and wheat bread. The pool was so cold. I know it’s winter but a couple of degrees more to be able to swim comfortably. The hot tub wasn’t even hot. No near that. It was just warm enough to sit in it instead of the cold swimming pool.

It was an easy registration and breakfast was great… quiet too. Only sort of down is the GPS doesn’t have the street it us located on… so no directions to it were available… probably my car’s fault though! Will buy a Garmin next time

For the most part we had a great stay, the only issue we had is that the air conditioner/heater smelled a little musty and we both got sore throats and a cough from it. We were right inside from the unit and saw mold growing on it outside.

The pool was really cloudy and dirty on the bottom. Not kept up. The staff were really really friendly and nice. Made checking in easy and simple late at night.

No Muffins, No Doughnuts, No sweets of any kind. I asked at the desk and he said that they were not allowed to do so. I doubt that! The other items were...sausages(good), eggs(the kind from a box)... For paying the price we paid...you would expect more. Positive: Lady at check in PM was very good!! Room - good, too. Only real negative was the very disappointing so called breakfast.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. All areas were clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was lacking. Very few choices. The halls, check in area, breakfast area, all common spaces were incredibly hot. It felt like the a/c was broken and people were complaining and going outside to eat. The room a/c was fine. We’d stay here again as it was very convenient and they people were lovely.

The room needed some updating, but the bed was comfortable. The carpeting in our room was not clean upon arrival. The breakfast had one hot option, besides the waffle maker. The staff was friendly and responded to our needs immediately. I did not like the text messaging service, because it took 2 days to get a response. We had notified the front desk after waiting 2 hours to have a battery placed in our smoke detector, and she responded immediately with a new battery. We had someone show up 2 days later with a battery. This was a safety issue in the event of a fire. The door was difficult to open and had to be shoved open with my hip. The shelf in the bathroom was sagging, and my husband showed the man who brought the battery. He said he would fix it after we checked out. This was day 2 of our 5-day stay. We chose this hotel because we always have had a good experience, but we both were disappointed.

We were very displeased with our stay…the bed had stains on the sheets, the handle in the shower was broken, our toilet would not flush right and overflowed, the pool was gross and had a film on it. Would not let my kids swim. There were people living in their cars at the front entrance. Do not recommend!

The breakfast was nice: scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts, 3 cereal options regular cow milk only, oatmeal, waffle maker, toast, and juice. Coffee and hot tea. The rooms were very standard. Nothing fancy but clean and w a small fridge microwave were handy. The indoor pool was smaller but worked well for our 5 yr & 8 yr olds.

Door to hotel room would not shut without slamming. I always feel that if you have a king bed you should have king size pillows not pillows that are square.
