It was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: The price was nice.
Cons: A very thorough cleaning and update the bathrooms.
The room was dirty and in ill-repair. The guy at the front desk was nice and certainly capable but this truly is a low end hotel.

Excellent experiencePosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: It was a great price for such a nice hotel.
Location: Denny's is next door and there is alot of places to shop and eat at that are very close
The room was clean and stocked with everything. Everything worked the first night. The second night our heater went out and they immediately moved us to another room and that room was in excellent shape as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not very happy.Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: the room was clean
Cons: shampooing the hallway rugs, making sure no one is smoking anything in the rooms. Insulating the walls more so you can't hear from room to room.
Location: location was ok. Didn't do anything nearby
Hallways smelled dirty and musty. some other guests were smoking marijuana. You could smell it in the hallways. Walls were very thin, you could hear everything in the next room. The lobby when I checked in smelled of body odor. The room was clean.

racial profiling?Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: close to the highway...
Cons: treatment of customers.....my customer service experience was terrible!
Location: close to the highway
I paid for 3 nights at this Days Inn. On my 3rd day at the hotel myself,my fiance, and my 5 month old baby were abruptly asked to leave at 10:30am. My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. Since I cannot go into personal detail I will just say a few things. Not only was I inconvenienced but I was insulted. The woman at the front desk wouldn't let me have extra towels for the room. When asked she told me I could have pool towels and I have to exchange old towels before I could have any more. The room wasn't terrible but the treatment we received from the staff was so disrespectful. Never ever again will I stay at a Days Inn anywhere. Disgusted

It was not the cleanest hotel that if have ever stayed in. It was comfortable enough. It needs to be updated. You get what you pay for.

Issue ResolvedPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall, this hotel is not bad for the price. There is a complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool with a hot tub, and the staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the top of our toilet fell off (still trying to figure out how???) and hit the hose connecting to the wall. OMG! Instant flood! Water went everywhere! Luckily, my boyfriend was able to turn the water off and save the day. The staff was as puzzled as we were, but promptly changed our room to an upgrade King room. I was pleased with the way that they handled the situation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is close to the expressway, gas stations, and restaurants (Denny's is right next door). Not far from a WalMart and a Meijer as well. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!
