“Good Stay”

The service was good, everything as expected. I wish they would have announced when the continental breakfast would be, as the hours for breakfast were different Sunday mornings. Otherwise, satisfied with room & stay. Plenty of space for a standard room.

“Haven in Hammond”

We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Horseshoe Casino where we had tickets to a concert. Check-in was no problem with a friendly and helpful staff. It was really great that it is pet friendly since my daughter had to bring her dog. The rooms were clean and set up very nicely. There is adequate parking, food places nearby and a Walgreens in case you forgot something. My room also had a refrigerator and microwave which we didn't need, but it is nice to have in case.

“Tailgate in the parking lot”

Easy check -in & out. Late arrival not a problem. Allowed our party to "tailgate" in the parking lot when we arrived.....which was much appreciated because everyone was hungry....even though it was 1230 am

“Really Nice for your Buck.”

I was there for the weekend visiting my Grandmother in the hospital. The hotel was close by. It was really clean, warm, and I felt secure. The staff is very friendly. I had a great breakfast.

“Great way to save some money outside of Chicago”

The price and location of the Quality Inn was perfect to save some money and efficiently get into Chicago the next morning.

Got lot of help finding the places I wanted to go. Breakfast was better then continental. Nice size pool. Quite and friendly.

The hotel is older and showing its age, BUT it was a very clean and comfortable room, which was the whole point of going to a hotel. The staff was friendly and very nice. This is our second stay and I would go back and recommend to friends.

“Decent for the price”

Room was clean, everything in working order and bathroom stocked. The one thing I've learned about this hotel is to always bring your own towels! Their's suck and are really just over sized paper towels but for the price compared to the others in te area it's a deal.
