The trash in the kitchen had not been removed from the previous stay. The television did not work, Someone repaired it on the second day but then we could not change the channel or turn off the tv without unplugging. No coffee pot in the room, only one spoon. Definitely not the Marriott experience I have come to expect. All that being said, the front desk was courteous.

Me & my guest are freezing in this room no heat at all, the let out couch was very very filthy. Very nasty stains on the sheet like no one has never cleaned nor changed this linen in months. The microwave button to open the door was hanging off. Last but not least the swimming area the main door to get inside the pool area was jammed which made us having to walk outside wet & cold to go back to our room. This entire stay was a disaster for my grandson 10th birthday. He was very very unhappy which made me unhappy.

I have rented here many times including blocks of rooms for different occasions. This was the worst it’s been. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The couch was dusty and with hair. There wasn’t all items in the room like normally; I.e. utensils, dishes etc. The rate was $100 higher than normal although booked in advance. I was unaware of the renovation prior to booking as well.

The room was dusty when we arrived. You can clearly tell the spots the cleaning staff doesnt clean. The cleaning staff came into the room event though there was a do not disturb sign on the door...twice. the hotel also incorrectly entered our reservation so they locked our room card on our third day of our stay (we were checking out on the fourth day) and when we told them there was a mistake they tried to pressure us into just buying another night. It took for us to have show them proof of our reservation to look back in the computer and find the mistake the clerk did who checked us in. The fire alarm when off for a good 45 mintues at 9am for whatever reason. The pool was cloudy and looked dirty so we didnt swim. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. They offered us the sign up for thier reward program and to give us some free points but we wont be stay at another residence inn or marriot so was no point.

It was ok but not what I expect from this brand
Person at checkin was not enthusiastic or helpful. She didn’t tell us when breakfast was or that you needed a person to let you in the pool. The hotel is run down and need serious updates. The furniture was old and stained. Fridge only made two cubes an hour. (It seemed)

When I arrived it was not what I expected for a Marriott property. The property was not clean, staff was not friendly and it was just a bad experince. I left and went to another hotel.

It was embarrassing to admit I paid to stay here
The room was not as sdescribed. It was decorated with Moana chef items from the thrift store. It smelled musty. There was paint covering mold in the bathroom and permanent marker on the wall. We were supposed to have a two room suite one had king and the other was supposed to to double or queens… we got one queen I. Each room and the pull lout had burn marks and the mattress was sank in and shredded… keep your money!!
