“THE POOL WAS CLOSED!”

The hotel staff was the best !!! NOW ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS BE A TOTAL NO SMOKING HOTEL. I WILL STAY AGAIN.

“ValpoLight”

The room condition was very questionable: cleaniness of the sheets was iffy, cigarette burns on the sink, tub and carpet, damaged chairs and desks, secured doors were left open, homeless person sleeping in the stair well, pool closed to vandalism and it was posted that a guest was responsible, low desk coverage..contantly had to find the attendant. The location was awesome;food access in the surrounding area was very easy to and great variety.

This area was very good; and the community very safe.

“good room at good price”

easy to find. safe parking near entrance. desk clerk greeted us right away and got us our keys and told us where to find room and other amenities and about breakfast. major chain casual dining across parking lot. shopping on next block.

“You get what you pay for”

The room was clean and comfortable, however, the walls were pretty thin. I was woken up in the morning by the sound of running water from others people's rooms. Overall satisfaction, but keep in mind you get what you pay for.

“An inexpensive stay in a reasonable hotel.”

The room was comfortable and clean. It is a little out of the way but worthwhile for the money you save.

“very friendly”

The room was clean, but it sure was expensive for a small town. I was not impressed with breakfast, no fruit at all, spent 5 days there and nothing but donuts and cereal. Room cost as much as a place with far more amenities in a tourist town. I would reccomend if location were first consideration.

“Decent, basic motel.”

Nothing fancy, just a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price.

“the price was right”

You get what you pay for. A smoking room( We are nonsmokers) burn holes in the comforter, small bathroom/sink. TV was broke, no elevator,but the price was the cheapest in town on short notice.

“Chicago / the Beach has it all! Save $$$$”

Short ride to the train station with nice parking that will take you direct into the Chicago loop. Everyting you need is here! Why pay the high prices in Downtown Chicago! Want the beach they have that also a short ride down the road.

Traveler's tip

Direct drive to the Beach but be aware they charge out of staters a $10.00 fee. However, The road just to the north is the city park with free parking!And the same beach!
