Unbelievable ApartmentPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious and what an amazing spread of breakfast included in the package! Stunning views!
Cons: If I had to fault something, It'd be the balcony....its very small and the table is also quite small, but thats it!
Location: Walk around the Stanley Nut, see the seals and the penguins, walk around the town.
When we arrived in Stanley, we were blown away. Then we arrived at our Luxury Apartment at Horizon Delux Apartments and we couldn't believe our eyes. Collecting the keys, which at a normal hotel can take up to 15 minutes to fill out paperwork and put down a credit card, we advised who we were, they handed over the keys and said "When you depart, just leave your key on the table in the apartment and you can be on your way", with a late check out of 11am. It was so easy, it took 2 minutes, and we were stunned with the apartment. With a view of the Stanley Nut, which is unbeatable, we also got a stunning view of beaches either side of the 'Nut', and the town of Stanley itself. We could see absolutely everything, and it was breath taking. I couldn't speak more highly of this amazing apartment, and for our honeymoon...there was no better place.

superb viewPosted Apr 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We spent 2 luxury nights at the Horizon apartment situated on the side of the hill overlooking Stanley and the Nut on our wedding anniversary. The apartment had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the spa bath with a view, the barbeque on the deck, the added touches of a well stocked fridge for breakfast, coffee machine and the very comfy bed. The decor is lovely, and we wished we could stay for longer. It was the highlight of our Tasmanian get -away.
