Wonderful location, right on the water, good for penguin spotting and easy walk to town centre for restaurants etc. Could do with a bit better dusting, but apartment was comfortable and spacious.

We had a waterfront view from our accommodation. Walking distance to the main shopping strip and restaurants. Very clean room which was serviced daily.

Great location. Quiet but convenient. Walkable to and from town centre. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. When we realised we had booked an upstairs apartment by mistake and asked for a change to ground floor it was immediately granted without fuss.

A basic motel room with some basic amenities. The view made up for what the place lacked. There was a dead fly on the table under the TV when we arrived. There was no dishwashing liquid or bowls available for use. The pillows were very average. Noise could also be heard from neighbouring rooms. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great.

Location was ok, the two main viewing windows one was smashed from the outside and could not see out and the other dirty with bird poo, some of the blinds didn’t work or would not fully block out the street lights at night, the main entry door didn’t seem sufficient/safe enough as it just felt like a bathroom door and was hard to determine if it was actually locked or not, the property needs a lot of work and also the dining room light didn’t work so could not eat a meal at the table if we wanted too at night

I would not stay here again. Poor service. The air conditioner in the room was not working and it took so long for the staff to pick up the phone and to deliver us a free standing heater. The room was freezing cold. We stayed in room number 1 and the wi-fi was not working either. We paid $180 for 1 nigt, this place is a waste of money.

Lovely location In beautiful Stanley, listened to the waves gently on the shore. Very comfy bed, lovely deep tub spa bath which I took full advantage of. A restful end to a lovely Tasmanian holiday

Recently upgraded inside. Location is great and views are fabulous. Walking distance to main shopping and restaurants. The Nut is short distance away.

Waterfront five star accommodation at its finest. The best views front and back of house. The bathrooms were definitely designed for making the guest feel like royalty. Tastefully designed and styled accordingly to make you wish you never had to leave. We loved it soo much.

Nice property overall with basic amenities (fridge, cutlery, glasses). The shower is great! A bit noisy with the fans and water from other rooms but at least, people were quiet when we stayed there. It was great to be able to use a USB drive and watch our own movies since there is no Netflix or Amazon Prime available on the TV sets.

Great location, great room, great room. I received no notification that I needed to collect my room key from the Stanley Hotel. I had lunch at the hotel, loaded up and geared up on my motorbike, rode to the accommodation only to find that i needed to collect my key from the Stanley hotel. I wish i knew this beforehand.
