Not Room 8Posted Feb 19, 2015
Cons: Windproof seal around door in Room 8
Location: Chairlift to nut and walk around, great seafood.
Great location and views across the bay, as long as you are not in room 8, terrible howling wind noise thru gaps around the door. Surely the owners would have been aware of this and taken steps to fix this issue! Luckily I had some insulation tape onboard, finished up sealing right around the door to get some sleep.

Very comfortable and clean, close walking distance to town and 'The Nut'. Lovely place - would stay again.

A must stay!Posted Feb 10, 2015 on Hotels
This cottage was excellent for the 4 adults in our party and there was even a spare double room. Cooking facilities were excellent, position right on the water's edge was amazing and the washing machine a welcome bonus after 12 days of travelling. Beds were comfy and the towels luxurious.... even had plunger coffee. A wonderful 2 days.

Great viewPosted Jan 16, 2015
Accommodation was great but the restaurant there is over priced for the quality of the food. Menu sounds good but it doesn't live up to the expectation.

Pros: Out of Stanley Village but views of water and the Nut
Cons: Overwhelming musty smell. Needs a good clean out to get rid of cheap, rubbishy decorations.
Location: Good views
Facilities: Tired; Value: Excessive; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Lacking; This is budget accommodation rather than boutique.
