Rooms could be cleaner, I wouldn’t consider them pet safe. Service was great though, he let us try another room but unfortunately we felt the same way. A refund was given.

This place was absolutely disgusting. BLOOD on the sheets , pillow case has fresh stains from what looked like lipstick. Windows wide open. Hotel lobby receptionist was very rude and did nothing to help or accommodate me. Stay was on 12/4 around midnight. Left immediately after I lifted the sheet to check for bugs or stains. Honestly didn’t have to lift the sheet because there were questions stains already on the exterior. The minute you walk in, there’s no comfort, it feels like a trap house.

Low on cash, give it a shot.
The shower head wasnt working. I would pull the lever but it would start and stop. It smelled a bit musty. The furniture was all scratched up and outdated. But if you a bed and shower at a decent price, go for it.

This property is a dumpster fire. Not clean at all doors walking glass hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Tried to check in but they are accommodating state paid migrants. And they were constantly interrupting my check in. Rooms are beaten up bare basic. And not very clean. Go out side at night. People just loitering the parking lot partying till whenever. And 7:00 next morning housekeeping staff outside in the hallway being loud and obnoxious But not cleaning It’s a nasty place. Only good thing staff is trying there best

This is not a hotel; it is some sort of apartment complex/temporary housing shelter. It is not at all what is described...the premises are not smoke free; no on-the-go breakfast (unless you think granola bars and instant oatmeal qualify); no free toiletries; dirty rooms (the carpet was sticky!); NO TV (the subscription to satellite service was expired); plaster falling off walls. People (residents?) wandering around the parking lot - some using blankets as garments. A quiet hours sign at the front desk. What the heck is this place? I can understand if it was a cheap motel, but I paid A LOT to stay here while attending an event at the local college. I did not get my money's worth and am extremely disappointed. I've used Expedia for years to book my travel and am extremely disappointed that this type of facility is advertised as a quality hotel for families and business travelers. I will never stay at Extended Stay America hotels ever, ever again.

When a hotel converts to an apartment complex, it should disclose this to travelers needing a place to stay. Kids playing in hallways, dogs barking in rooms, walls crumbling from water damage, people sitting on the wooden rail all around this property, smoking & drinking and laying on concrete at front entrance while they wait for the labor truck to pick them up, partying all night out back with little kids and booze, trash stacked up a mile high that no one cleared all week, this place should never be on an Expedia list unless Expedia has no standards anymore. Absolutely unsafe for families or anyone who just needs a clean quiet place to stay for a few nights. Hair dryer caught fire and front desk was called for a new one and they said they would get us a new one and no one showed up for three days, not even to check about the dryer catching fire. They charged me twice for room and had to credit us, then the manager started criticizing the guy who made a mistake with us standing there and it was embarrassing and rude how he was talking to the guy. Front desk phone ringing and people looking for the person working the front, but he was outside hanging out with another woman. The so-called breakfast included was an embarrassment, a tiny table with coffee and all condiments have been taken by the residents, the food consisted of instant oatmeal packets and hot water, disgusting! NEVER EVER STAY HERE, IT IS A RUN-DOWN SKETCHY APARTMENT COMPLEX NOW!

Will never stay at ESA again. Extremely uncomfortable beds, not enough pillows and the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. It was cooler in the hallway than our room. The staff did change our room to a different one on the second night but it was noisy and uncomfortable. No offer to comp us for our troubles either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Do not bother with this chain, especially the one in Foxboro/Norton Massachusetts. Simply Horrible.

Great Hotel
My boyfriend and I are 20 years old so 9/10 times we travel we stay with Extended Stay America because they allow check in at 18. The one in Foxboro has been my favorite. The woman who checked us in was so nice and friendly, and asked us if we had a preference on what floor we would like which was never done before. Our room had a very pleasant smell that was comforting and clean, but not overwhelming. The room was very clean, came with plenty of towels, and had comfortable bedding/pillows. Everything also was a fair price. While not luxurious, Extended Stay is a great option for those who want nice rooms, for a fair price that aren't a sketchy motel on the side of the highway. I would definitely recommend to others, especially if they're staying close for an event at Gillette like us.

They can do better.
I mean, it was what it was, however the room definitely had a smell to it. We had to ask for every little amenity, you could tell the floor hadnt been cleaned under the beds in quite some time nor had the place been dusted.
