Disappointed

Pros: It was close to our office.
Location: Next to a freeway construction site, very noisy in the early am. Nothing within walking distance.
Internet stated that they had a "restaurant", they do not. It's a room with round tables and 3-4 chafing dishes that contains a main entree (no choice) and 2 vegetables; roll and salad. We could have paid an extra dollar at a local restaurant and had the choice of yummy menu items. Rooms were clean, very little selection in television station options.

Hotel needs updating

Front staff was horrible. Female engaged in conversation with man in pj's behind counter. Female gave keys to room and got it wrong. I requested a king bed, i was given 2 queen size beds. When i went back, to front desk, female engaged in phone conversation and i was given keys to a new room. well! Room had a queen size bed, no curtains, smelled like paint. After my 3rd visit to front counter...female FINALLY got it right.. no manager to speak to either...:-/

Es ist nicht das absolut reinste Hotel, aber für den Preis absolut akzeptabel! Das Problem bei eigentlich allen Hotels in USA ist, dass sie alle Teppich in den Zimmer und eigentlich überall haben. So passiert es halt nunmal das ein größerer Fleck im Teppich ist, der halt unschön/unsauber aussieht. Das WLAN war ne Schnarchnase! Aber immerhin vorhanden und kostenlos!

Cleaning Staff was great, front desk is Racist.

After continual coming up with different reasons why they couldn't accommodate my family. They waited until after the reservation was made and payd for to tell me that they had no more rooms available. Went by later that evening and saw over 15 vacant rooms.

We decided to stay at this hotel because we took our kids to Knotts berry farm . I wasn't very please with our initial check in, the young girl was on the phone on a personal call until I came up.she didn't acknowledge me. There were other employees also being unprofessional. We got our key and the worse thing about the room we the beds they made so much noise and we up.my kids every time they moved. Seriously every time u moved the bed Made loud noise I imagine the mattress being at least 5 years old. Hard mattress and stiff.

The bed was broken, sink was plugged and the shower didn't work. When trying to shower the cold water didn't work. When checked into the hotel the staff didn't give or let me know where the swimming pool was. I should had stayed at another hotel.
