Pros: I like the convenience to where I was working, and in the summer months the outdoor pool is very nice.
Cons: The noise levels on the lower floor rooms when there are hotel events being held in the evening.
Location: It's close to major routes and easy access to many areas of interest
I've stayed here before and would stay here again. This stay was a little more noisy than in my previous stays. I was on the first floor and there was a party of some sort at the hotel facilities and it was a bit more noisy than I had previously experienced. Other than that, it is a good place to stay.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The overall condition of the rooms.
First room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke, second room, beds were very uncomfortable and shower was moldy and filthy, our upgrade was only a little cleaner. Do not waste your money.

Convenient Location!

Pros: The receptionist Gabriela was very nice and friendly, room clean, linen & towels smelled clean. I would stay there again.
Cons: Everything was what we needed!
Location: Great location, near freeways, Arco across the street.
I stayed in Hotel due to convenience location. I was attending my cousin's sweet 16 in Norwalk and it was two blocks away. The hotel was fully booked, very well controlled by security.

Pros: Nothing. Even the buffet breakfast only had three items. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. You could get toast and coffee but nothing else.
Cons: The staff. The carpets. Working Internet.
We really were disappointed with our stay at the Guesthouse. When we arrived we were surprised by the condition of the carpet in our room. It was stained and worn in spots. Being that we were travelling with two small children it didn't make us feel safe having the kids touch the floor. The noise level in the place was horrific. We stayed three nights. On the Saturday night the room across the hall from us which is a rental space for events had a country western dance go on till after midnight. Non of us got to sleep before the loud music ended. Then in the early morning the same space was used for a church service and all the guests arriving woke us all early. The reservation knew wer had two small children with us but didn't seem to mind putting us in the worst space for noise and traffic in the entire hotel. Add to all this the fact that the wifi didn't work at all in our building and every time we asked an employee about it they would simple say "we know, we have to have version come out and look at it". Not acceptable in my opinion. One entire guest house in the set of buildings had no wifi at all all three days. I would highly recommend people go somewhere else to stay. The staff seemed apathetic at best about our concerns and our stay was very unpleasant from start to finish. Spend your money at somewhere that the staff cares, the Internet works and you can let your kids off the bed in bare feet.

Cons: the hallway and public area need to be improved in cleanness. The room needs more facilitated such as providing TV remote control
It is OK for staying on the way. It is very closed to highway 5 and easy to access to.

It wasn't the best but not the worst

The room was clean, the shower was amazing. I hate hotels that the shower barely drizzles out, but this one was hard presurre which I like. I liked how the bathroom/shower was totally seperate with a wall blocking from the actual room itself so you can have a little more privacy in the bathroom. Only real complaint was the beds were super uncomfy, and really squicky.

Not so great

When I checked in, they asked me for my ID and credit card. I told them it has been paid. She said it is for deposit (in case we break something in the room), that they will reverse it when I check out. They did reversed it the following day after we checked out. This is the only hotel that asked for $50 deposit. I booked for three people, there's only one face towel in the bathroom. Most hotels have wi-fi, microwave and ref, and they don't, which is too inconvenient for us.

staff good, facility not so good.

Pros: Big hotel and the staff was good.
Cons: Wifi network needs improving.
Location: Nothing around the hotel.
Internet did not work and the bath tub drain was clogged. Staff was as helpful as they could be. The hotel is just a little run down. Pool was ok. All in all the hotel was ok for the price.
