“Uncomfortable bed”

Had a problem sleeping. Cussing can be heard at night from the hallway during game night. Most of front desk staff were cold except for a couple of them. Internet was very slow!!!!!

“Nice but not close to boston”

The hotel was clean and nice. It was not a good alternative to Boston hotels becasue it was quite far. It took over 40 minutes to get there from the city.

“Very nice hotel”

“Remodel is done”

...and the lobby and Bistro are very nice, as are the rooms. The only complaint is that the pool is not open during the day during the week.

“Pleaseant, quiet and a lovely surrounding.”

MUST install an elevator off the reception desk. I am not disabled, but I was unable to climb the stairs with my suitcase. I DID ask for help and received it right away.

“Good bang for your buck”

Courtyard has a modern, very inviting atmosphere. The room is very spacious and bed is extremely comfortable. Excellent choice for tourists like us, who got to the hotel late and were dreaming of a warm shower and a great night sleep. It is located in a somewhat isolated neighborhood, though.

“It will be nice when it is done!”

This property is undergoing a major renovation. The reception area was going to open a couple of days after I left and the new restaurant was going to serve food besides breakfast. The manager gave me a peek of the new space and it looks great. Apparently this is part of a chain-wide improvement program. The true test of an operation is what happens when there is a problem. The people at this property could not have been friendlier, whether providing directions (having to dig a file out of a cardboard box) or providing a quick housekeeping touch up when the room had been missed during the day. The breakfast was a valiant attempt to provide a service for which they usually charge, but made complimentary because there was a limited selection. The melon slices were not particularly tasty, but the usual assortment of continental breakfast was fine. Trying to do this without even a small kitchen is tough, but the staff was attentive. Even the young man lifeguarding at the pool was friendly. My congratulations to the staff for exceptional work under less than ideal conditions. I would return, especially now that it is close to being done.

The new Legacy Mall, a short distance away in Dedham, is upscale with great stores and a movie complex.
