“Superb Stay”

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in the fall. The staff was attentive, the room was sparkling clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. As for the location, it was slightly tricky to find. It's about 20 minutes south of Boston on the side of an average 4 lane road dotted with strip malls and the like. Not the type of place to stroll out of and take a walk. The hotel itself was awesome!

While the hotel was excellent and the service was great, don't book this hotel if you are trying to get to Tweeter Center events. There is no shuttle service and there are many other hotels MUCH closer to the venue. Otherwise, no complaints.

“Four Points Sheraton at Norwood”

We snagged a fine room at a good price over Thanksgiving Weekend. The check-in was easy, and they remembered that we had asked for a quiet room. Our room was very clean, although small. (It was a little small for 2, but would be perfect for 1.) It had been remodeled recently with mixed results. The style was clean and trim, with clever storage units. However, there was no obvious towel rack for the handtowel. The (new) shower leaked onto the floor because of poor design. However, the shower was a strong pressure with warm water. While we hung our towels every morning to show they didn't need to be changed, they were changed 2 out of the three days. There was no wi-fi in the room, but the internet cable connection worked just fine. The bed was comfortable enough, and the shades shielded us well against the morning sunlight. The highlight of our stay was the fitness center, pool, and spa. All of the fitness equipment worked fine, including the TV remote control. The pool/hot tub area is very well-designed with a huge sky light and exposed timber beams. We had very stressful days dealing with seriously ill relatives, and the hot tub was the perfect remedy every night. Check out was easy, and they even gave us a morning care package, including a cranberry scone, and apple, organge juice, and a breakfast bar. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel offered exactly what we needed.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. Great selection too. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

We had a great time and thought this hotel was top notch. Cool, clean rooms and the hotel staff was exceptional. We definitely would stay here again!
