“Great staff!!!!!”

Room was well decorated but a little small. Bed very comfortable. Food was the best along with the great service.

“Great value, really nice staff, super indoor pool”

Stayed 4th of July weekend, the staff was very upbeat and attentive. If you like nice pools, check this place out! Nicest indoor pool I've seen. Nice little patio area just off the pool, but no very large garden area...just little ones out front. Nice clean locker room. Elevator is fast. Lobby near kitchen/elevator has slight "off" odor...like kitchen spilled sour milk that won't quite come clean. The bedroom was quiet, clean, and comfy, although just a tad smallish. Great free coffee in the lobby mornings. Not much of view from bedroom window, kind of commercial area. But not far at all ( five minute drive) from nice downtown Norwood, very pleasant main street with nice restaurants, shops etc. Definitely, I would stay again...and worth repeating, the staff are really nice and professional.

Area recommendations

Downtown - the Main street is very pleasant, and there are nearby commercial strips with some pretty nice shopping. If you're a church goer...nice selection downtown also.

Outdoors or beach

Hull , MA ( Nantasket Beach) is 45 minutes away...kind of tricky directions wise (use your GPS and keep your eyes on the signs!) but well worth it...a "hidden gem" of a beach area with a nice selection of affordable water front eateries. Not too crowded or "touristy"....still has that ol' time, down-to-earth shore town atmosphere.

“Hotel was nice and modern”

Overall, the hotel was very nice. However, we were disappointed because we were not made aware prior to our visit that the pool was going to be closed for the weekend. We had planned our trip around being able to use the pool for the day on Saturday, however, upon arrival we found out that the pool was closed for a private party. I felt that this should have been made aware to us when we booked our stay or through e-mail once the arrangements were made.

“Nice Hotel”

They remodeled the rooms to give them a more modern feel. Definately have a neater, cleaner look. I did miss having an actual closet, dresser drawers, and room for extras like an extra blanket etc... Otherwise comfortable and clean though. The room did have the basics.

The hotel is great except it is a little bit far from the center of Boston city. Travel cost would be high. But the hotel itself is wonderful.

“Nice but limited”

Rooms were small. Asked for a rollaway bed for extra child. Never got it and I had to sleep on the floor.
