“Perfect Eco-lodge for Surfers and Yogis”

This eco-lodge is prefectly positioned a short walk down a private path from Playa Guiones. It provides a level of amenities appropriate to surfers and yogis, through open-air facilities including a restaurant, separate juice bar, and spa/yoga room. It is beautifully landscaped with a lovely oudoor pool. As a small lodge, don't expect lots of facilities, workout rooms, etc., but you can rely on an attentive staff and lovely setting. The hotel is a short walk into the village for other restaurants and shops, although the walk is along a dusty road that really should get some pavement. Not easy to get to compared to some other Costa Rican venues, Nosara/Guiones is definately worth the effort. Daily yoga is provided at the hotel and at other locations in the area.

“Excellent Hotel”

Our experience at the Harmony Hotel was like everyone else who rated the hotel as highly as we did. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel, the grounds and the location were all excellent. We would definitely stay at the Harmony if we return to Nosara and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Nosara.

“Great hotel for the money”

My boyfriend and I spent 5 nights at Harmony. It's in a great location -- just a short path to a great beginner's surfing beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed in a "Coco" room, which had a private, enclosed back-deck with a shower and hammock, which we loved. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with hotel.

“Sustainable Tourism Done Right. Perfect Setting, Location. Excellent Staff & Services”

A great place, in a perfect location, with a fantastic staff, and steps from Guiones Beach, the optimal surf spot in Nosara. They definitely take the concept of sustainability a long way too.From basic recycling to biodegradable soap products all the way to the drinking straws used by the restaurant and bar, which are made out of dried, hollow plant stems. There are no TV's in the rooms. On purpose. In fact, there are no TV's in the bar area or anywhere else for that matter. A great way to ensure you really "get away." If you cant stand to be away from the warm fuzzy glow of a lcd screen for too long, just rent an Apple laptop and open her up by the bar, in your room or by the pool and surf the web on the hotel's wireless. Its pricier than most hotels in Costa Rica I know of or have been too, but I would sincerely recommend this place if you can appreciate basic, organic goodness, a perfect location and a great escape. If you are more impressed by walls of flat screen TV's, flashy china, thread counts and more typical 5 star opulence, this might not be for you. I've mentioned it once, but its worth mentioning again how great the staff are at Hotel Harmony. Thank you all for exceeding our expectations and making our stay at Harmony an experience we will want to repeat again soon.

“Great getaway”

Wonderful time. Great staff clean rooms unbelievable beaches highly recommend Hotel restaurants bit pricy but if walk to village on footpath there are great restaurants. We ate at pacific azur 4 nights it was so good.
