Staff was outstanding!

My business partner and I travelled for a workshop, and the airline lost our luggage. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful in getting us settled and even offered to bring. Our bags up to the room when (if!) they arrived while we were at our class. The shuttle driver was a little rude, but aside from him everyone went above and beyond, and never made us feel like we were being problematic. We had to check out at 3 in the morning, and even at that ungodly hour, there were smiling faces at the front desk! Would definitely go back to this hotel!

white marsh- fairly disappointing

Pros: location. clean.
Cons: payment options available upon check out, let the people pay with which ever card they chose.
Location: many restaurants, though most are chains and nothing to write home about (TGIFridays, don pablos), but a mall near by
The hotel was very clean and the room was nice, fairly standard, but nice and a good location. The disappointment started in the morning, there wasn't even complimentary fruit, or a bagel, there was coffee, but you get there everywhere. The breakfast is $11 a person, for a family or even just a couple staying for several days that adds up. We really just wanted to sit in the hot tub after traveling, just 2 adults, medcial professionals, and we were told that we cannot do so after 10pm because there wasn't a life gaurd...really? That was frustrating. Upon check out we wanted to pay with a different credit card, but again we were told that we could not do so,we had to use the card registered, agian very frustrating. There were other petty frustrations, but the breakfast, life-guard requirement and payment issues were the most problematic.

out standing hotel welcoming staff

Stayed over Christmas 2013 Staff was excellent attentive to all needs.I know some people complained that there was no free breakfast. we paid for the buffert heck it was only $10.99 a person. Eggs were cook to order as well as Belgin waffles and many sides .It was way better then the free breakfast at other hotels. I was surpised that they even served on Christmas day This hotel was worth it all .will stay there again
