Our room was on the 9th floor and well above from the road and local pubs but you still need to keep the windows closed for a good nights sleep. Our friends on the 2nd floor were not so lucky. We had an Exec Room which was a nice size and had everything we needed for a short city break.

We stayed at the hotel as we were going to a concert. It is very good valu for money and very close to bars, restaurants and the shops. We booked onsite parking, which is a little expensive at £12 per night but very convenient. We had not booked breakfast bunt were able to just turn up to the buffet in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were served fresh fired eggs on request. Breakfast was very good value.
We would definitely stay here again.

The most pleasurable part of our stay was the excellent service we received from two reception staff. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady but I do recall thinking that it would be Iona in English and the young gentleman was called Daniel.
They were extremely courteous and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were met.
A geat asset to the hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the facilities are excellent. We choose this hotel for it's leisure and we weren't disappointed. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are very good. However, there did appear to be a problem with the temperature control in both the pool and the Jacuzzi but they were still very good. The changing rooms were absolutely huge and had plenty of lockers and hairdryers. The lockers were free to use too and the towels we were given were good quality too. The food in the restaurant was excellent too and the choice was very good too. We also ate at the 'pub' in the hotel and, although the food was quick to come out, the food wasn't such a high standard as that served in the restaurant. The breakfast was good too (served in the restaurant) with a good selection of hot and cold food. The only fault I found was that the hotel was not prepared for 'caffeine-free' guests and do not stock decaff teabags but they did provide various fruit teabags. When we checked in on Friday, the receptionist advised us that as a 'function' and some hen parties were taking place that night so he had allocated a quiet room at the rear of the hotel so that we wouldn't be disturbed. The room was very good and certainly was extremely quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the function at all. The staff were lovely too - all very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
