Pros: Bright reception, we only stayed one night.
Cons: The room service breakfast, worst ever continental breakfast I've ever seen, really poor. Hubby had full English it was much better.
Location: Business travellers
Our hotel room was very corporate, clean & fine. We arrived very tired & went straight to our room, Nottingham was fully hence we booked the suite. Comfortable room but not plush in any way.

A little over priced and not kept to the high standards you would expect of a four star. Nothing to put you off- just dirty cops in room and dirty shower. Just had higher expectations that's all. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff though.

Pros: Good facilities, modern and clean.
Location: Convenient location NW of the city
The best part of the stay, was checking in and checking out - the lady on Reception was the best advertisement for this hotel, she was warm and friendly and could not have been more helpful and charming.

Pros: Good selection of cooked breakfast, cereal and fruit.
Cons: Room was dusty and appeared not to have been fully prepared - no blanket runner on bed.
Arrived late at night and no-one on reception desk. Booked 2 rooms but there was confusion with 1 room - stating we had already checked in.

relaxing place to spend a few days

Pros: the staff, the food was good too
Cons: the spa area needs more chairs as there was only 4 chairs and 3 beds. people were putting towels on the chairs and then leaving the spa for treatments
Location: nottingham town 5 miles away, bowling ice skating etc
we had a good time in this hotel. just need more seating in the spa and maybe music in there too.

Convenient Hotel close to M1 Motorway

Pros: The courtesy, helpfulness and friendly disposition of all hotel staff towards us.
Cons: More scrutiny monitoring breakfast self service facilities.
Location: We had no opportunity to explore surrounding area.
Reception very pleasant, polite and efficient. Room clean and comfortable but WiFi reception poor. Dining experience was very good with excellent service. Breakfast was good, but staff were hard pressed to cope with the numbers. Some guests had to wait a long time before seating could be arranged. Little things like cold milk dispenser running dry and some hot breakfast items like bacon and poached eggs not always being available (although understandable considering the business at the time) was disappointing. The Spa Facilities were excellent and staff at the desk were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Had a fine stay at the hotel, good service, clean, well appointed with a gym and bar inside. Walls a little thin and could hear my neighbour flicking the light switches contstantly, but outside of that I was satisfied with everything.

Only fault I can give is we had no towels In the room on arrival and part way through the night the fan in the room (which sounded on its way out) packed up on us!overall experience was great.
