The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, the beach is no more than a 2 minute walk down the road, and the hotel offers free use of paddle boards and kayaks etc for an hour. There are restaurants everywhere and shops close all within walking distance, as well as the aquarium. The rooms are immaculate. The pool and spa are amazing, and the gym is very good as well. Loved everything about the place and would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

Have been to this Hotel a number of times and keep coming back for the location and the marvellous view. Though the Le Parc needs to be revamped to match with the other hotels in the group it still has the best location and quite enormous rooms. The Bathroom complete with large bath is superb and the Staff are friendly. But it is the location that makes this place special, it is right in the heart of everything with just a short walk to all places of interest.

A relaxing, calm, pristine and refreshing experience. New Caledonia is a very clean, beautiful experience offering a sense of being further from Australia than it actually is. As a part of France, be prepared to brush up on your Francois classes and speak French a lot.Immerse yourself in a cultural blend consisting of tones reminiscent of Edith Piaff, Latin Salsa, Tango, not to forget Rastas spruiking and singing with a funky beat. All this synchronised in time to the swaying palm trees and scent of coconuts and fresh fruit. The French are a cultural and fashion force to be reckoned with . Lots of fun, relaxation and lots of money can flow through your fingers but definitely worth the effort. A great vacation!

Located perfectly between Noumea's two main beaches and dining hubs. Saturday nights cultural entertainment was fantastic. Nearby niteclub can get noisy on Friday/Saturday @ 2am. Do you own research on tours, front desk are happy to book but don't offer much local advice on what, where and how. Le Rocher is a hidden gem for great crepe's & views and only 50metres from La Surf's main entrance.........see if you can find it !!!!!!

During our stay the hotel was being renovated. The only issue with this was that there was only one dining option available (the Fare Restaurant). The dinner choices were therefore very limited and food was of average quality.

The capital city, Noumea is on New Caledonia's main island, Grande Terre. Located on the lagoon that makes it a UNESCO World Heritage site, Noumea has idyllic beaches and offers a wide array of water sports. The city also flaunts such cultural landmarks as the Tjbaou Cultural Centre and a zoological forest park. Le Petit Train, a colorful miniature train, is a popular way to get around the city.
