Very well situated hotel, comfortable, with very attentive service. Good breakfast included. Room is adequate with basic layout. Showers a little cumbersome inside tub. Television very modest. Very good for the competitive price. Spotless.

Fantastic locationPosted Sep 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location and a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was accommodating and I even got a recommendation where to go for a hair cut that saved me a lot of money. Rooms are large, wifi is good and having a restaurant below is great for coffee and breakfast before heading out into the city.

Great hotel!Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Staff were courteous.Food - excellent restaurant if you want to eat there in the evening, and I almost never go anywhere near hotel restaurant. Fab!
Location: Just off the main street and half hour walk from the Petrovaradin Fortress. Bus ride to the Strand - swimming & canoeing. Room Escape a MUST! Churches
A minute away from the main streets. Excellent staff - really helpful with booking Fuska Gora tour and advising about canoeing. Great restaurant, including a fab buffet breakfast. Great value for money. Nice spacious room. Good wifi availability. Fridge, sink. Quiet. I recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location, superb food!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and location. Very friendly helpful staff
A brilliant quiet location and yet only minutes from the centre of this lovely town. If you stay over a weekend listen out for the weddings and local music at the nearby cathedral! Food in the restaurant is excellent-the very best that Serbia has to offer and very reasonably priced.

My trip to Novi Sad was saved by this hotel. I visited in pouring rain and could do little sightseeing but was kept warm, dry and comfortable. The staff were sympathetic and helpful and the breakfast in the attached restaurant was tasty and even had fresh fruit available. The room was large, well furnished and spotlessly clean. My only tiny gripe was that there wasn't a lift but I fully recommend this place.

Perfectly located just off the beaten path. Friendly service, fantastic food. Comfortable and clean room. The only downside was the lack of elevator. Highly recommended.

close to sights; great staff; amenities averagePosted Jan 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The amenities were adequate but not great (internet was slow in my room for example but room was big, even by American standards; with the price, I wasn't expecting great internet), but you're probably not coming to Novi Sad to surf the net. There is also some street noise but not too bad. I would add, however, that the hotel restaurant is very good, seems authentic, and is quite cheap. The location is great. It's right in the old city, so you can walk around to most of the sites like the fortress and go back for a break in your room. If you don't have a lot of luggage, you can walk to the hotel from the train station (25 minutes or so) The best part is the service though, especially in Serbia where local knowledge in English is more useful. The front desk people are very friendly and seemed happy to point out places for me on the map. They even, without me asking, printed off a bus schedule to a nearby town I wanted to see. I had to leave early before breakfast (which is also decent) so they made me a sack lunch, free of charge
