I stayed at Hotel Santorini for a week in September 2013. It is a nice hotel away form the tourist areas of old Krakow city center. My room was decent but had some unusual arrangements, e.g., the TV set was on a small shelf above the bed, so it was impossible to watch it from the bed. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant is a hidden gem, quite unexpected in that part of town. The hotel has a three star rating, which I would say is a streach for the hotel itself, but the restaurant definitely makes up for it.
