World War1 tourPosted Nov 1, 2013
Pros: Very helpful staff, comfortableand spacioue rooms.
Cons: A few TV channels in English would be good.
Location: Lots of WW1 sites to visit and great countryside. Hotel on the edge of a massive retail park with numerous shops.
Welcoming comfortable hotel which was just what we needed after a long day visiting WW1 sites.

ConveniencePosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: We really enjoyed the food which was excellent and very well presented both for breakfast and the evening meal.
Cons: Instructions regarding the access to the hotel
Location: Duai was a most interesting place to visit and quite nearby.
We had difficulty finding the hotel as we found the turning after the motorway very confusing. The hotel was actually in a very central spot but we didn't find it very accessible as the roads were so busy.

Perfectly acceptable but disappointing having stayed in another Novotel in France where the service was much better and even the breakfast was superior!

Great hotel for overnight stop with kidsPosted Jul 24, 2013
Pros: Freindly staff, good sized clean room. small pool
Cons: restaurant didn't open until 7 but there is a mcd's around the corner
Location: on the edge of a retail park
Stopped here on the way back to England from Switzerland as it was close enough to the channel tunnel for an early train in the morning (about 45 minutes). The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made my two children very welcome. The room was clean and large enough for three of us to stay comfortably. A key factor for us was the small pool which was a perfect way to revive ourselves after 7 hours in the car.

Would it kill you to have the full address?Posted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was OK for the price but difficult to find. There is no house number so you have to drive around looking for the Novotel. Not good enough.

Good hotel for travelling through France. Wide range of restaurants and shopping centre right next door was very useful. I'd stay again.

Good valuePosted Jul 17, 2013
Pros: Clean and comfortable and very friendly staff
Location: Very close to motorway junction but the local one way system makes it difficult to get to the hotel
Very clean and comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. We arrived too late to use the hotel pool but it looked very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We didn't use the restaurant as there was a shopping mall 3 minutes walk away with a few places to eat and all at very reasonable prices. The restaurant menu at the hotel was a bit pricey for us. We will definately stop over at this hotel again.
