Great overnight stayPosted May 12, 2013
friendly and helpfull staff, even though the hotel was basic for an overnight stay it was adequate, very clean ,excellent price especially if your booked early online. Signage could be better as to where it actually is,we drove past three times before we found the hotel tucked away with a number of other hotels. Would also help on info to know where you can eat in the evening as evening meals not catered for, saying that the breakfast was excellent value and again helpfull staff.

Location: Handy for motorway
Ok for overnight stops or short break- Perhaps Louvre in Lens which I did and the battlefields of WW1, Couple of restaurants nearby in walking distance. Make sure you ask for room away from Motorway and Rail side-I did not and suffered with the traffic noise.

Basic and isolated, but clean and cheapPosted Nov 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
In the middle of a small complex but nothing useful nearby! Rooms are clean, cheap and basic but the walls are paper thin. I was lucky enough to hear a rather intense domestic incident in full detail in the room behind me at 6am.

Perfectly adequate rooms for a one or two night stopover, however it tends to be a bit noisy in the evenings as all the rooms are butted up to each other, however a pair of earplugs can help. I myself stayed for 7 nights, and would have no problems with doing the same again. The staff were very friendly, I had a problem with the main light in the room , I reported it to them at breakfast time, and when I returned that evening it was fixed, and that was on a Sunday! Well Done.

A bit difficult to find, but did after asking someone. Poivre Rouge restaurant next door superb. Very easy stop over. Internet access very slow though.

After spending a night in Bussy St George (which was fully modernised) this hotel is the traditional Premiere Classe layout (with access to rooms from the outside of the building). But very acceptable.
