Hotel is very close to the beaches.

The air conditioning window unit was so loud. At night, it was difficult to sleep with it on, which meant that we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating.

nice staff

I had a great time! Staff was really friendly and attentive. The rooms need an upgrade. My room was upgraded with a kitchen at check in which was really helpful because it was really expensive eating out three times per day. They also provided us with re-usable water bottles and free water at the hotel The parking fees was the a con. I paid $25/day. There is really no other option especially when you come with children and you're driving around the island. I also needed to extend my check out time due to a late flight which was a $50 charge.

Pros: Location
Cons: Upgrade the carpets and furniture.
The hotel was old - the room smelled musty/old. Carpets need to be changed.

Ok Hotel needs some upgrading

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Very clean and serviced daily
Cons: Show with curtain - way behind the times
Location: Short distance from shopping and easy and flat walk
Couldn't use in house phone to ring overseas as I couldn't produce credit card - offered cash but would not accept. Bit disappointing as i was staying alone in hotel, also very noisy from street traffic and early morning deliveries.

Bad

The rooms are really old and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They make you pay a resort fee, but this is no resort. Only the lobby is nice, but that's only a small part of the hotel. If you can help it, don't stay here.

Rude staff, stark rooms

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Everything about our stay here was horrid. We booked a room here for one night because of a mix up with a rental agency. Checked-in early, upon arrival front desk staff didn't smile or make me feel welcome. She informed me that I was being charged a no-show because my reservation was for the day prior to my arrivals when a hard copy and email proved otherwise. She was on the phone with a manager or expedia and wouldn't even reassured that things would be readjusted. Long story short, reservation was adjusted to the correct date. The room itself was like staying in a hospital room with a tiny kitchen. The hallway that lead to the sleeping area had a kitchenette, everything was sticky, outdated, and had a funky smell. The bathroom was in disrepair, a tiny shower stall that was covered with a shower curtain that served no purpose since water leaked through the bottom leaving half of the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Did I mention the closet is IN THE BATHROOM?! That's right, we had to keep our suitcases next to our beds so they would get wet! The sleeping quarters were uncomfortable, the springs in the bed were easily felt under the paper thin sheets. The room itself lacked any decor or color for that matter. Everything, I mean, everything was while with the exception of the 20" tv Ugh we couldn't have gotten out of there faster.
