I don't think stay in this hotel again

Location: location is good.
Room are small, furnishing are old . Refrigerator &Air conditioner makes strong noisy.

Pros: Accommodating staff
Cons: None
Location: Near Waikiki Beach. Many shuttle services, however, could pick travellers up near this hotel.
The hotel was sufficient for the needs of my trip (vacation and business conference). Thank you!

I reported a slow drain 4 times before someone came with a plunger. It worked for 5 minutes and was slow again.

It was a nice hotel, they came in n cleaned it up daily n even washed the dishes we had left from the nite before. They made the bed n stocked the towels n soaps. We had a nice quiet Room.

Over priced..old building

Reasonably priced hotel close to Waikiki beach.

Pros: Price, staff, and proximity to beach.
Cons: Coffee, but in rooms may be too expensive (may raise rates}.
Location: One block from Waikiki Beach, need I say more?
Staff was outstanding - helpful in getting honest taxi driver to go to the airport and waived a fee (one night stand for us. Cooled water was available in the lobby for water bottles - nice. Room was clean. There was no coffee pot in the room or lobby - we had to go outside to a "Starbucks-type" coffee shop. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends because most of them are willing to pay more for a higher quality place - we were watching a tight budget so it worked for us.

Room with single beds.

Pros: Position, room with single beds.
Location: Waikiki beach, hop on hop off trolleys. Many tours and you can get picked up at the hotel. Pearl Harbour, Polynesian Cultural Center are a must.
Great position at Waikiki at a lesser price. We stayed 3 nights. Good if you just want a cheaper place within walking distance to most places. Great for single friends travelling together as they have rooms with 3 beds. No sharing the two beds most hotels have.

Not worth $100

If you are looking for a cheap hotel because you are on a budget just go to a hostel instead. The pictures for this hotel are misleading and the reality is very disappointing. First thing you will notice upon arrival is that all of the air conditioners are leaking and its as if its raining in the parking lot. Second when you go in you can immediately notice that the staff is not professional. When they finally bother to look up the way they communicate is not nice especially when there is a language barrier. Third when you step out of the thousand year old elevator the smell is a mildew mess from the wet rained on carpet in the hallway. Forth dont bother getting a room with a kitchen, its too yucky to even use with all the rust, broken burners and again mildew smell in the cabinets. Fifth sleeping on the bed feels like sleeping on lumps. Not to mention that my husband (who is only 140 lbs) felt a spring break under his back while he was sleeping and it was so loud it woke me up. Now, at this point the entire experience was so bad that we were laughing. I would not be proud to own this place let alone work here. And I guess that is their feelings too because they aren't making any effort to make it a good stay. So, my advice is simple. Just go somewhere else.
