Kimukatsu Restaurant specializes in a popular Japanese dish called tonkatsu: a pan-fried pork cutlet expertly cut into 25 thin layers, breaded with a special crust, then baked in a purified oil at a low temperature to enhance the richness of the flavors and to tenderize the meat.
