“Great for the Price”

This hotel was exactly what we where looking for. It's in the middle of Waikiki so walking was never a problem around the area. Our room appeared to be updated cause i remember reading in other reviews about how the rooms where, but it was nice. I didn't really expect to pay a great deal for an expensive room, especially when we spent all the time outside the hotel. But i was very surprised. Great place for the money. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom. It was small, but I've seen alot smaller in hotels. Anyway i had a great expirence. Hotel staff was very kind too!

“Can't wait to go back!”

I was visiting with my son who's 20. We hadn't been to HI since he was 8 & the hotel, the weather & things to do were perfect! We really appreciate the service & available information. I've already recommended the hotel to friends, & myself & the rest of my family plan to return soon.

“Good Location”

There was three of us, two adults, one 15yr old (no charge) everyone was very friendly and helpful, "needed more towels, here they are" The location was excellant, close to the beach, Market Place, bus, tours. Rooms are a nice size for 4 people, you don't run into each other. Microwave and refriderator. Yes there was some noise but this is a big city, I enjoyed this more than the "pink palace" I stayed at 20 years ago, I would definetly stay again.

“Loved it!”

The staff was very friendly and rooms(beds) so comfortable. Our room on the 15th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. Garbage trucks in the morning are noisy, but that's everywhere. Hotel furnishes earplugs. We would definitely return.

We had an upper floor room; it was roomy, comfortable and we were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for an affordable, comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall, the stay was terrific! I would definitely return.

“It was very comfy”

The Hotel looked okay when we first arrived but when we got our room we were very happy. We thought we were going to get a room with two beds but since it was three of us, they gave us a room with three beds. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beds were GREAT!! Very friendly people at the front desk.

“perfect location... didn't want to leave”

Although the lobby looks like it needs a little upgrading, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to everything on the strip. We walked everywhere for food, the beach, shopping, and clubs. All the afterclub clubs were like literally next door so it was nice to just walk to the hotel. The tv was actually smaller than it appeared in the picture but was decent. To make up for it, there is complimentary wi-fi for those who bring their laptops. They also offer spa packages at their sister hotel a couple blocks down. My best friend and I got nice 1 hr massages on our last day. It was perfect. We didn't want to ever leave.

“Price, comfort and convenience”

The Aqua Waikiki Wave exceeded all expectations. The staff were full of helpful suggestions and directions, the rooms were comfortable with the beds rating an A+, and the location was ultra-convenient for the beach (just one block to the main drag), shopping (a half-block to Int'l Market) and public transportation. A nice plus: take a moment to admire the Charles Bartlett art in the hotel. You just might want to take a piece home with you!
