We stayed twice and both time give us room at bad location. Second time we specifically requested for better location.

This hotel needs new house keeping managers and staffs no one changes bed sheet even if u have mud and sand stains all over it. They don't vacuum or dust. Re making a bed and taking trash and get me a new towels is all they do. Well... I will never go back to this place!

DFSなどショッピングの中心地には近くて便利。部屋も清潔感があるが、バスタブの排水溝が詰まっているのか流れにくかった。 中心地のため致し方ないのか、夜中3時ごろまで外はとにかく騒がしく最悪だった。

At the present time there is temporary construction going on in an area next to us where the International Market Place is being reconstructed to include approximately 75 retailers and seven restaurants. Although this may inconvenience guests temporarily, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, it will greatly benefit all future visitors to the island. Mahalo for your feedback.

Close to the main area of shops & beach.

Pros: Being close to everything in town
Location: Lost of shops to go shopping eating places every where & the beach was just a 5 minute walk away, walking around at night I felt safe.
Had a couple issues didn't know how to lock the balcony door & the switch had to be reset for the microwave ( these were different to what we have in Australia) & called the desk & they sent someone up straight away to sort it out. We were on the third flood & it had been reprinted & new carpet but still a bit old, the door was catching up the top so it was a bit hard to get in quietly. There was a. Buzzing noise not sure where it was coming from Maybe the construction site next door it didn't worry me at night but my mum said it was annoying her.

mooi hotel maar slechte service en veel overlast

Veel geluidsoverlast door de bouwactiviteiten naast hotel en de bar rechtstreeks onder het hotel(tot 04.00 uur). Mooie grote kamers. Personeel mag vriendelijker zijn

Nothing special but clean

Pros: Easy to get to and the room was clean.
Cons: Alot
Just needed an overnight by myself in Waikiki area as my husband was in the hospital. OK check in, it was late but they weren't especially cordial, more interested in joking about with one another. Room clean, but didn't feel safe. The door knob kept rattling like someone was trying it.

All reviews whether positive or otherwise are always appreciated as it helps us to better focus on areas of our hotel a guest may feel needs to be further addressed. Although it is nice to know you found your accommodations to be clean and your check-in to be ok we are disheartened to learn that other aspects of your stay may have fallen short of your expectations. We can assure you that our hotel is safe although we do understand that traveling alone anywhere can be worrisome for anyone not used to it. Terrible service

Just the fact that you have to turn in a card to get towels instead of asking the staff to bring them to your room kills me, I'd never been in a place with such a horrible service. The guy at the door helped us with our bags wich was the only thing I liked. Hope you guys have better luck.
