Wonderful hotel, beach view and very clean.Posted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Location and comfort an staff was so friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Everything was great, maybe having full access to the balcony next time.
Location: All the shops for shoping are nearby ans in walking distance. The beach is practicly righ out the front door. All the food restraunts are close.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was pleasant and greeted us with smiles, we felt right at home. Ther check in process was easy and smooth. The atmoshphere is family oriented and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and comfotable and luxirous. The kitchen has everything you need and the staff kept the room nice and clean. This is one of the best hotles I have ever stayed in and would deffinetly stay here again. The only concerns was that the balconies were not accessible at the time of our stay due to construction but other wise it is right on the strip of Wakiki and very convinient.

Excellent Location, Staff were very accommodatingPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Location, size of the rooms and friendliness of staff
Cons: Fridge could be upgraded and it would be nice if they had a barbeque area.
Location: The location is excellent. You are across the street from a great beach. There is great shopping and restaurants close by.
This Condo is situated very close to all the major shopping, restaurants, and the beach is across the street. We stayed on the 34th floor and the view was incredible. Moved to a lower floor the second week and the view wasn't as good. The staff was very good and helped out with any questions we had and they were always smiling and super friendly. If your needing a car Budget, Hertz, Alamo and Enterprise are all within a block or 2 of the condo and its cheaper renting from downtown then from the airport. I would definitely stay at the Aston again.

Wonderful stay!Posted Feb 26, 2014
We stayed in 802 and had an absolutely perfect view of Waikiki Beach, which is literally across the street, and had no problems with traffic noise. The staff was very helpful - for example verifying that a very late Pearl Harbor tour-van which we booked ourselves really was on its way...., as well as giving us restaurant recommendations, etc. The 2 bdrm + sofa bed worked fine for six adult family members. The Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is very easy to locate, and within walking distance of shops, beach, and restaurants. The condo itself was well appointed. Lovely place to stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was incredible and the location is greatPosted Feb 25, 2014
Will definitely be back. Will stay in one of the higher floors because the view is worth it. Staff is so helpful and nice. Budget has a rental location next door and there are excellent restaurants close by if you don't want to cook.

Great view, Nicely furnished, Comfortable RoomsPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Location and full kitchen.
We enjoyed a 2 night stay here. It was great to cook breakfast and then eat out on the comfortable lanai watching the surfers and beach traffic. The kitchen is minimally equipped but worked for 2 of us. The W/D is great to have. The location is excellent. Service quality was top notch.

Undergoing renovations - no pool, no balconyPosted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Bad news early. Don't wait till people are there to tell them the facilities advertised are not available - tell them as soon as they book.
When we got to our room we were told that we couldn't use the pool as they were renovating and the painters were using the pool area. We should have been told about this when we booked. We would have stayed somewhere else. We have two kids and for them staying somewhere with no pool is a major let down. We were also not allowed use our balcony, even though we had paid for a room with a view of Waikiki beach. We could even open the windows. If we had had the energy we would have demanded our money back and left.

Nice location, great staff!Posted Jan 3, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Bathroom fixtures and update appliances.
Location: Great location, beach is across the street. Great places to eat within a short walk. Tons of shopping nearby.
We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Five adults in a two bed two bath unit with sofa bed. The unit was huge and had everything you will need for an extended stay, down to the last detail. The property is older and the bathrooms and appliances show the age but the house keepers were good and the common areas were clean. The parking on site was so easy and free. Tons of great food within walking distance and plenty of shopping. The beach is literally just across the street and the hotel has beach towels for you to use. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great hotel with magnificent viewsPosted Dec 13, 2013
Pros: Great Views, staff seemed to be a step ahead of us most of the time.
Cons: The sofa bed mattress - you could feel the inner spring, I think the sofa bed could have been replaced.
Location: Just across road from best part of Waikiki beach. Also great restaurants at reasonable prices are at your doorstep.
We loved every minute staying at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower - when we arrived I went straight to balcony and was amazed by magnificent view. Hotel room has everything you need - furniture is a little tired - however we were a family of six and most of the time we were out exploring. It is worth paying that little extra for the view and higher floor - we were on floor 33. Our friends also staying in resort stayed on floor 22 and view was not as spectacular as ours. Staff at hotel were brilliant - we asked for extra coat hangers - they came within minutes and front desk also followed up with a confirmation phone call with every request. Each day the hotel manager leaves a note with a recommendation - whether it be a restaurant, markets - we had entered in the Honolulu Marathon and hotel was a step ahead offering guests a shuttle to starting line. Hotel provided us with free trolley tickets to Ala Moana Shopping centre - this saved quite a few dollars over the week. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location and spacious apartmentPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, apartment size, privacy and washing/drying facilities. location was great
Cons: Slightly modernisation of kitchen would be good
Location: great location, convenient and plenty to do
Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had a great stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach tower. The two bedroom apartment was well in a central location opposite the main beach, well equipped with a living/dining area, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer which was a great convenience compared to 2 hotel suites. We were on level 26 and all rooms have a through view to the ocean/beach and back to the mountains. The building was undergoing external repairs which didn't really affect our occupancy, but the pool was shut the whole time and still remains closed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and with free parking and wifi, the Aston is a nice place to stay.
