We booked our Hawaii trip through Expedia, which included hotel and flights. We poured over the reviews for the Aston, and finally just pulled the trigger in booking it for the week after Christmas. We opted out of a car rental because we did a little bit of research and we realized that we were 20 mins away from the airport so we opted to Uber instead. We are a family of six with two parents and four children ranging from ages 7 to 22, two of which are adults. We booked a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen living room pull out bed in the living room… And full ocean view. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk clerks who checked us in early and offered us cold drinks, cold towels, as well as Hawaiian necklaces and a souvenir bag filled with reusable water bottles, water toys for the kids and sunscreen kit. Our rooms were big, and our balcony stretched out across the living room and dining area and access to the patio and clear unobstructed view of the ocean! Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to go back. The only cons that we can say we found were that the children were unable to use the pool area because it was closed at the time, and there were some issues with the elevators while we were there during our stay, but nothing so major that it ruined our trip. Housekeeping checked in with us every day. Restaurants, stores and beach are all within walking distance!
