Nice hotel by the beachPosted May 6, 2015
It was a nice experience especially since we had the beach view from or balcony. It's an old building and still looks nice. Its it that fancy and up to date but it's worth the price for being next to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants and entertainment. I would come back and stay at the hotel.

Not a bad deal for what you payPosted May 2, 2015
You get what you pay for. This place is in a great location, across the street from the Duke statue and I could see the ocean out the window when I woke up each morning. Friendly staff, beach towels for use, small fridge in the room. That's about where the good news ends. Everything about this place is very dated, furniture and deco looked worn out, I asked for a bucket of ice and they had to go down in the basement to get it, 1 very slow elevator, no breakfast, no pool. All in all, if budget is your main concern, this place isn't bad. After all, you're in HAWAII and shouldn't be spending too much time in your room!

The room was very small and very expensive.Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: The Location and the staff.
Cons: combind 2 rooms and make one room
Location: great location
This was the most expensive and the poorest quality I have ever stayed in in Honolulu. The only thing good about this place was the staff. The beds were queen sized. If they had used King sized the beds would have reached wall to wall.

ビーチにちかく便利なロケーションPosted Apr 22, 2015
？？でした。

No pool, old facilities compared to others. But good for the price. The location is perfect.

Very nice stay!Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: THE LOCATION!!
Location: THE BEACH! Tons of restaurants near by! Hotel is located very close to where many of the different tours pick up!
This hotel is dated but very cozy and right in the heart a Waikiki Beach area! You literally can walk across the street to the beach! There is an ABC store right next door. Tons of shopping on the main strip a long the beach. It's convenient to a McDonalds a few doors down and many other restaurants. The hotel room is a bit small but we made due. I had an ocean view room on the 8th floor. I can't complain too much for what I had the opportunity to wake up to and go to sleep looking at for the 5 days there! And honestly if your in Hawaii to stay in your room, then this is definitely not your hotel! Lave the clerk at the front desk is great! He told us they are remodeling this hotel and it will be closing for a while to built suites! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Hawaii stole my heart! <3
