“Great Place to Stay with an Awesome Breakfast!”

Close to the beach. A few minute walk to get there. Teddy's is a great place to eat. Bill the concierge was awesome! He really helped us find places to eat and suggested a great tour for us. The front desk was very helpful and in helping us make arrangements. We left early on some mornings before breakfast was served and the hotel was very accommodating in getting us breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel!

“Great L'il Hotel”

In a nutshell so that you don't waste time online: Excellent staff, excellent rooms, free wifi and breakfast, very near great shopping yet far enough from the teeming crowds of Waikiki. A 15min walk from the beach - if you're like me and love seeing cities on foot, you'll enjoy the scenic walk. Wld defi stay here again.

“Ready to check in again!”

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and user-friendly. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, and even a few dishes!! The breakfast bar was great, and we enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The hotel is close to shopping and dining, and there is a running track on the canal. The staff were wonderful. Would return in a heartbeat.

“Will stay again”

This was our third stay in Waikiki and second in a hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We had city view which faced the canal. We enjoyed watching the kayaks and canoes every day. The road along the canal can be busy but it offers a quick route out of Honolulu and Waikiki. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet all 10 mornings. They have 4 computers for the guest in the lobby which are connected to a printer. The hotel is two blocks from the main street where the crowds are. Not much foot traffic near the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday. We have traveled a lot and never stayed in the same hotel twice. This hotel could be the first.

“Friendly Hotel”

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had been completely renovated recently so everything was new and extremely clean. The room had a small kitchen and the staff did the dishes - that was great! The only thing we would do differently next time would be to have our room facing the canal. The room we had faced the apartments next store and it was not a pleasant view with so many residents storing junk on their balconies. The hotel was centralized, close to all shopping and about three blocks to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Family Hotel”

We arrived in the middle of the week, and the staff was great from the start. We even received a call from the front desk just minutes after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had a nice view of the canal and would return again, thanks to all who were there.

From the front desk to the housekeeping service, they really were out to make our stay wonderful, We had breakfast out twice but the third day we stayed for breakfast and never went out again, everything was fresh and better than the two breakfast places that serve pancakes and grand slam. They also steered us away from events that were a waste of time and money. The next time we go back we will stay there again.

“Staff was Uber-Helpful!!!”

The staff moved our room to the opposite side of the building b/c we had picked the city-view choice and it was noisier at night. They offered to help us move. Later in the week when we ordered out a pizza, they brought up napkins to our room b/c the delivery guy had forgotten them. They could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was consistently good.

“Excellent value in Honolulu”

The Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel is an excellent value. The hotel is located in a central area of Waikiki. We walked around at night and felt safe in the area. The hotel is clean, has a funky decor, the beds are very comfortable (especially the pillows!). We stayed during the fourth of July and the hotel was completely full. Other than the busy breakfast area, we wouldn't have known other guests were staying there. The room was quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to have a balcony/lanai to further enjoy the wonderful weather. The business center made it very convenient to check in for our flight and print our tickets. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We have no complaints and will definitely be returning.

Spent one week at the end of August with family at Best Western Coconut.Nice stay overall,good location,nice breakfast,friendly people,very clean.The only complain I have was that the 2 queen bedroom we had was kind of small for 2 adults 2 kids. Anyway,I will definetly recomand this.
