Total accommodation facilitiesPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Very clean and well maintained, offeres all that is needed to keep you there.
Cons: If your a family like ours I would stay at a different hotel more centrally located along Waikiki beaches.
Location: Unfortunately, all the things are located a good ten to fifteen minute walk from hotel, stay closer to the shopping/ resturant strip and avoid walking
Great place but I hated it! Fantastic location for Japanese tourist but I would recommend people with young people stay elsewhere along Waikiki beach strip where things are more fun/normal.

Nice hotel in very good locationPosted Jun 8, 2014
Traveling with two kids one of them is only 8 month old will be very hard to stay in a hotel room so we where lucky to find this village with so many pools and entertainment available and the room itself very spacious

Great hotelPosted May 28, 2014
Aside from the slow shower drain in our room. The room allowed my family of 5 to fit in comfortably. We stayed in a 2 brdm suite. The washer and dryer were a major bonus since we hit the island beaches and hotel pool daily. Fully equipped kitchen was more then what we needed but an extra bonus. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay at was awesome everybody was very hospitable and welcoming! Our concierge Brandon was great! We got ready for our late flight out in the 8th floor lobby which was very convenient. Overall very happy with our stay!

Lots of space for a family of 4.Posted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: The staff were amazing. It was set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main village yet close to the pools and eateries.
Location: Ala Moana mall is a short walk away. It is really easy to catch the bus to the Aquarium and the Zoo. I would do this over two days.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is the best money we spent. There was a lot of space for a family of 4 and the deco was lovely. It was our first time in Hawaii and on the website all the hotels look very dated. I was pleasantly surprised by Grand Waikikian.

Great hotel - shame we didn't get resort view roomPosted Apr 24, 2014
Great hotel with superb facilities. We paid for a resort view room BUT upon check in were told no such room exists and expedia description of the room was incorrect. As wed paid more for a room with a view we were dissapointed that we had a dark room 5 floors up overlooking the main road . I asked to be moved but hotel had 99% occupancy so they couldn't move us. What a bad start to our holiday. In fairness we contacted expedia and they did refund us for one nights stay however as is spent so much time researching the best rooms to book I was annoyed that we could not be better accommodated Otherwise hotel is fantastic - close to everything and staff are very friendly.

Paradise in ParadisePosted Apr 19, 2014
We had a great vacation in Hawaii. The room was outstanding and we had a gorgeous view on the 27th floor. The staff was attentive and worked with us when we asked.

Great hotel for kids, kid friendly lagoonPosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: The price of food, drinks were high. Slow service in pool area bar. Try to bring as many snacks as you can as everything is over priced.
Location: Good restaurants, close to ocean
Stayed 4 days, lots of great activities for kids in lagoon, pattleboard, kayak, snorkeling in 4-5 foot lagoon. Great area, very nice hotel. Activities are pricey but good. Hotel pool also nice.

Perfect suite for parents with kidsPosted Mar 10, 2014
Very nice hotel. Only real issue was one of the elevators was out of commission the whole of our week stay making some queues to get up to our room somewhat lengthy. But perfect suite for parents. We moved our infant around so she could get sleeps in rooms with closed doors while we could still use the rest of the space. Decent size too.

Perfect Location!!!!Posted Mar 9, 2014
Pros: Staff is friendly, plenty of on site shopping, activities and pools.
Cons: toilet paper was less than ideal, they used cheap thin rolls. So between 5 of us, we could have used a back up roll.
Location: It's close to the beach, mall and downtown.
This is our second time staying at this resort. This time we stayed in the Grand Waikikian tower, with the comforts of home. Nice two bedroom suite with two bathrooms, balcony and full kitchen. Looks just like the website photos.
