Very Enjoyable and Relaxing! Felt very comfortable and didn't feel pressure to do anything.

Very clean modern Hotel, Staff very friendly. However, for what you get it is overpriced, bar and restaurant prices once the mandatory tax and tip have been added make it an expensive exercise. Plus would have been nice to have coffee & tea making facilities in the room.

Awesomeness service for five days straight. If the privacy light was on the staff would left a gift.

The Halekulani is one of, if not the nicest, hotel in Waikiki. We walked through most of the hotels on the ocean side, and this hotel was the most comfortable and had the best ambiance of any of the hotels we saw. We have been going to Hawaii for over 30 years, and have never had such a wonderful experience as the Halekulani. As well, we felt quite safe with their security and the entire staff was very welcoming and obliging. We will definitely go back there again! Aloha!

I stayed at the Halekulani during spring break, 1-7 April 2013. I was alone and wanted a quiet and safe hotel to stay at, and the Halekulani delivered. The hotel is clean and well kept. It is beautiful and is off the the the main street, but is witihin walking distance to all of the major shopping areas and beach. The staff was very accomodating and assisted me with every request I asked for. My room was always cleaned and stocked with bottled water and ice every day. The only negative was the lack of entertainment at the hotel. I was single and had to venture out to other hotels for excitement. Their is a Jazz room at the hotel and it is definitely worth visiting, but other than that not much going on for those looking for fun after a long day on the beach and shopping. This is a nice hotel for those wanting elegance w/o the pomp and circumstance, not a place for those wanting a party and noise.

The Hotel is good, but overpriced. The second issue is the beach - too small

The most peaceful resort I have ever stayed at, from the best maid service to the bidets to the ambience. And most especially auntie Melba and the Behind the House Tour!

Everything here is perfect! Great location, great food, and great staff. It makes me wanna to back again.

Everything here was perfect - the amenities, the room, the gorgeous bathroom,the position right in front of Waikiki beach and walk to all the best shops , the magic pool, the food, the ambience of the Lewers Lounge while sipping on a cocktail and listening to the piano player. The staff and their willingness to please is second to none. If you want to experience luxury at its best and made to feel very special, then this is the place. Can't wait to return in the near future.
