The resort is on the beach side about a 20 minute walk to all the shops in the area.

Pros: Location and shopping
Cons: Ease of check in takes to long
Location: Watch the sunset and take a stoll on the path that runs along the beach. AWESOME.
We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend dining at the Hula Grill after dark. Ask for a table that overlooks the water view was incredible. Highly recommend Newyork steak yum..

Nice hotel but it is very large.

Everything was ok but nothing was outstanding. The extortionate prices for canoes on resort was not what we expected hence did not bother.

Bad experience!

Posted Aug 27, 2014
First, I booked a 2-queen size bed room but when I arrived, I was given a one king sized bed room. The reception at the front desk informed me, per their disclaimer, what I wanted was just a request and not a guarantee, even after I paid for it on my credit card 4 months prior. How lame and awful is that? I spoke to the hotel manager on duty and she said the same thing, apologizing for the inconvenience and offered a roll up bed. I expected more for the price I paid and from a Hilton Hotel. On top of all of that, you have to pay a $27/day parking fee plus a $30/day resort fee. It costs way too much for what you are getting. I did not feel welcomed during my stay. Good luck if you decide to book at this hotel. And remember nothing is a guarantee.

Wonderful hotel on the beach with great service

Posted Aug 26, 2014
The cheaper room we booked was not available so they moved us to an ocean view on the 30th floor without us even asking. Many great amenities and very helpful service.

Best hotel with a beach front property

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: May be improving the food in the luau. it's a little too expensive for the price to get that kind of food.
Location: The location is close to everything you want to do.
Very happy with the everything the hotel offered .
