good partial ocean view and great city viewPosted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: nice view on the highest floor
Cons: drain poblem
I and my wife stayed in 44th floor. I paid $240 for 2-nights in total. one thing I do not like is shower drain does not work well. but it is acceptable considering the price and nice view.

Hotel Central to all tourist areas.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The location and the rate was very reasonable.
Cons: The air condition did not appear to be working properly which made the room very stuffy as you are unable to open a window.
Location: Close to Ala Moana shopping centre downtown Waikiki and beaches. Some good restaurants close by.
The location was fabulous as it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere.

Thanks for being accommidating!Posted Aug 31, 2014
Cons: Please, better wi fi connection! I don;t mind doing my email in the lobby (fine lobby) but it was the slowest connection on the Western hemisphere.
Location: Fine location. A couple blocks nearer the beach would've been nice, but no problem.
A damper was put on my lovely vacation when I had appendicitis 4 days into the trip and a speedy appendectomy and excellent care at Queen's hospital in Honolulu but the hotel was immediately accomidating about adding an extra day to our stay, so at least we had no problems in that area. Wish I could say the same about changing our flight on United!.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Daily coffee and improved beds, they were rather hard.
Location: Great location for walking and touring.
Easy walking to many places in Waikiki. Many great venues to explore and within walking distance to the beach.

Pros: Employees are friendly.
Location: Walking around the area was not a problem. They where close by..
The hotel did not have update internet. No wireless internet. You would have to go to the lobby to access the internet. Rooms are small. We did not get the room we requested for. Parking fee was crazy. Why do we have to pay for parking fee if we stayed at the Hotel..

Just okayPosted Aug 23, 2014
This hotel was the kind of hotel you would only want to stay in for a night or 2. The bed was hard. The bathroom was dirty and the shower felt like I was being shot due to the high water pressure. The shower curtain didn't breath so it made me feel as though I was suffocating. The walls are thin so I could hear everyone around me. However, the staff was excellent in providing whatever I needed.
