DisappointingPosted Jun 10, 2015
Location: Location is great and there are lots of activities and services nearby.
This was our first family vacation in eight years so we were all looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we did not have the most enjoyable visit because of the accommodations. The unit was not clean as we found dust and dirt throughout the unit, the promise for early check in was undelivered and when we were told they would call us as soon as the room was ready they did not, and the request for a high floor was not registered so our view was of the garbage area.

not good ...skylights wake you up at 6amPosted May 27, 2015
Pros: the pool & location
Cons: blackout the room so the skylights don't wake you up at 6am ...please .. in the penthouse rooms ... it was no fun at all .... bathrobes also needed
Location: nice beach .... good walks

Pros: so much more than we expected! saltwater heated pools, great service, beautiful location
Cons: brunch offered at the steakhouse or even a local food truck offering breakfast would add a bit--the only on site breakfast is at Longboard's
We had a wonderful experience with Marriott's KoOlina Beach Club--we did not expect or realize there was so much there! The pools were fantastic, the ability to grill was an unexpected advantage, and we would definitely recommend this to other friends and family. The restaurants on site were also really nice although we though it would be good to have more breakfast options.

More like studio than full one bedroom.Posted May 17, 2015
Pro: excellent location with easy access to the beach, lagoons. One bedroom is small, more like a studio, although it has all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. Great gym, workout machinery and equipment, 24hr availability perk. Beatiful, well designed hotel grounds with various pools for adults and children, picnicking and barbequeing areas for family, etc. Fun daily activities planned out for hotel guests. Con: Limited self-parking availability for guests who are not time share owners eventhough at $35.00 per day cost for parking fee. No lap pool available except only small section of one pool is blocked off from 7-10am for lap swimming. Small one bedroom, more studio like, unless renting a unit with full kitchen and living room. Furniture in room are old.

Nice, relaxing Hawaiian beach hotel.Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Nice hotel that was far more relaxing than staying in hectic Waikiki and with cleaner and more peaceful beaches.
Location: Hotel had plenty of scheduled activities right at the hotel(Luau, daily fitness classes, nice restaurants). Waikiki is 30 min. drive for more nitelife
Very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful beaches and great pool. Every staff member gave a friendly "Aloha" whenever you saw them and staff was very helpful for any questions or requests.

nice location.Posted Apr 23, 2015
Our room is long and narrow, when the rollaway bed is opened, there is hardly any space left in the room. The bed is soft. The balcony is extremely small and look down at a parking lot. I do not care to walk through a long, long corridor to get tho the room.

gorgeous grounds and resort amenities.Posted Apr 17, 2015
We stayed here for 3 nights in April. We considered Aulani next door, but Aulani was moderately the Marriott offered 1 bedroom apartments. Apartment was great, wih daily room service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. And the grounds and pools were amazing. We visited friends staying at Aulani and I think Marriott Beach Villas facilities are overall quite a bit more enjoyable and spacious.
