GOOD LOCATION BUT NOISY AND HOT

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Good location and free travel on the pink line trolley
Cons: Badly in need of refurbishing.
Location: Good location to everything in Waikiki and is a stop for most trolley's and buses
The lifts most of the time are broken. up to 16 floors is a long way.Air con is useless.Construction noise across the road is dreadful as is maintenance noise in hotel. The use by date is up for the condition of the hotel.

Top holiday

Pros: Central to all shops and venues
Cons: The lifts in the hotel
Location: If the activity wasn't within walking distance transport was provided
So central to every thing, you can walk everywhere and the pink trolley is there for retail therapy. Staff were helpful once again Aloha

It's okay, would probably not stay again.

Right downtown, close to everything. Loud though, right across from construction, and noise travels well from room to room. We could pick out the words of the couple fighting to our right, and discern that our neighbours to the left were Korean based on the sound. Everyone was quiet by a reasonable time though. Hotel itself is reasonably clean, and shower pressure is amazing! Shower did not drain though, which sucked. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No wifi in room. There was a cable modem haha. Price was right, but i would pay for a better facility next time.

Pleasant, good location

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Lighting in rooms
The hotel was clean and accommodating, value for money for location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The construction work happening across the road was a shame and if I knew it was going on it definitely would have made me choose another hotel, but in saying that without the construction work going on I would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel needs some renovation, staff really friendly, but the place looks old and not clean. However the location is great.
