Beautiful HotelPosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Beautiful ocean view room from Level 9. King bed very comfortable.
Cons: Very busy, noisy hotel, not private. Double glazed doors/windows to reduce noise from pool area. Limit general public access
Location: Great shopping, restaurants, cafes & beach close by.
Enjoyed our 4 days at Sheraton. Great restaurants, cafes, shopping, beach, rental car at door stop. But, disappointed in the noise radiating up to room (Level 9) from Infinity Pool till late night/very early morning (doors/windows need double glazing). Sheraton needs to limit public access to the Infinity Pool area.

Close proximity to Waikiki Beach and shopping.Posted Nov 4, 2014
Hotel is near corner of where Waikiki beach begins a well as shopping. Overall great location however it is loud because of this and since it sits above shops in the lobby and a couple of garages. Overall, the hotel's layout is awkward and common areas are small (both pools) and walkways to it and beach. Towels and sheets were also stained and housekeeping did a poor job with toilet bowl cleanliness.

Got upgraded from partial ocean view to full ocean view room! Location is excellent - right on the beach, and shops and restaurants are walking distance!

Great location, right on the beach.Posted Nov 3, 2014
We stayed for ten nights in a Malia Suite. Rooms are comfortable but old furniture / bathroom. Our teenagers aged 13 and 14 were a bit too old for the main pool and could not use the Infinity pool due to age restriction. A great location, right in the heart of everything. Front desk staff did not explain any of the facilities at check in, but hotel info available on ipad in the room.

Great relaxations.Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Location was the best - right on the beach with all the facilities of a top hotel. Good we could charge to our room in the three neighbouring hotels.
Cons: Please put up some picture in the rooms and hallways. At times it looks a bit sparse.
Location: On beach - walk to other hotels along beach.
We stayed a week on the end of a long hectic trip. It was a great decision as it allowed us to get fully relaxed before returning home. Everything just fell into place. We would definitely do it again. Only negative - I cannot fathom why the hotel hits you for a daily "resort charge" supposedly to cover Wifi, water in room, phone calls etc. Just put it on the bill as part of the room rate.

Good Location, hotel very disappointingPosted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: If you could get into the bar it was a really lively place to be, the pool area was also a nice.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated, and loyalty to hotel guests would be appreciated, as private guests were given were given priority in hotel.
Location: Beach was really beautiful and plenty of shops and resturants.
Some of the facilities were closed during our time in the hotel- ie -the pool for private party & the bar area was also partly close for private party. There was also building works taken place which was very disappointing. Rooms were very out dated and limited.

Worst hotel management, rooms, hospitality roomPosted Oct 20, 2014
The tub had scratches n scuffs all over, walls were dirty, stains on the carpet.. When we called the front desk, they said they could down grade us, for a cleaner room.... Then the hospitality room for late check outs was from 1940 w dirty towels all over. Our air conditioner broke n it took 2 hrs to fix... They would only extend our check out 3 hours for an extra 100$, and then when we were leaving, the entire hallway has new mattress' in it, n the staff said the old ones had never been changed... Restaurants had awful over priced food.

Great hotel right on the beach.Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: The pools, being right on the beach and being in the heart of Waikiki.
Cons: Upon check in a calender of events everyday with instructions on how to participate in those events. Double paned window on street side of hotel.
Its always hard to tell what the hotel actually looks like from photos. The hotel was great. We traveled with our 5 year old grand daughter. The kids pool was awesome, with a big water slide, little water slide, water fall, deep end, shallow end, kiddy pool and 2 spas. It had lots of seating and was sunny with shade cabanas to rent. On top of that it was steps from the ocean where you had a whole other experience that was just as amazing. Everyday their were activities for kids and adults, Hula lessons, flower lei making, treasure hunts just to name a few. You are in the heart of Waikiki so restaurants and shopping were a plenty. So many activities to choose from so little time. We had a hard time leaving the hotel to see other parts of the island. The staff was amazing no matter what we were asking for. We are in Hawaii at least once a year and have stayed many places and this is now one of our favorites. Some times we travel with the grand kid, sometimes we travel with the grand kid and adult kids and sometimes just the 2 of us. This hotel works for all circumstances. The pictures on line don't do the hotel justice. The only thing I would say is dont stay on the street side of the hotel. There is a loading and unloading area and the trucks use a beeping when they back up and you can hear that early in the morning.
