“Hawaii Stay At The Outrigger Reef”

We enjoyed the Outrigger very much. Our first night before our cruise around the Hawaiian Islands we were upgraded to a Suite which we found to be wonderful. After our cruise we came back for an additional three days and explored Oahu. We experienced excellent service and happy staff.

“10 fun filled days at the Outrigger Reef AGAIN!!!”

Arrived late at night. Front desk was friendly. Room had 1 bed this time, which was good. The pool was great! The pool service was great! The staff is friendly. There were only a couple of things that bothered me. The Shorebird needs some work. While I dont mind cooking my own meat. The waiter was giving the wrong information on how to cook it. The guy at the grills instructions were a lot different. The breakfast buffet is getting better, but its still not as good as the other Outrigger. The Ocean House was very good,and the Kani Ka Pila Grille mai tais are VERY GOOD! The karaoke show is great! Those condo guys trying to get your attention is annoying. A few hours of my vacation time is worth a lot!!! The concierge desk seems to be trying to sell you packages, more than trying to help you out. These are small complaints. I would suggest the army museum next door, it is full of information on the history of the islands. The swap meet is a good place to shop. We had 10 fun filled days at the Outrigger Reef again!

“Great location and value for money”

We had a city view room, which actually had nice park views. Hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms were very spacious, we had two double beds, and decor was fresh and new. Nice pool area, not overcrowed when we were there. Would definitely go back and stay there, especially based on value for money.

“MOHALO . . . we had an amazing family holiday!”

Location. Easy access to all the shopping & beaches! Exit the rear of the hotel & you are on the Beach!!!! A small walk to the main Waikiki Beach which is over rated! My young family and I spent our time down on Gray's Beach which is between the Hilton Village Resort & the Outrigger Reef . . . fantastic location just to sunbath & swim, build sandcastles and enjoy your takeaway lunch! Rental of equipment such as umbrella 2 chairs $20 for 4 hours, paddleboard $12.00 for 1hour or $20 for 2hours . . . in comparision paddleboards on Waikiki Beach cost $35.00 for 1.5hours! Pool. Open from 8am-9pm . . . it has 3 spas, one big pool, great poolside service! To avoid the 20% room-service charge we'd at times order takeaway and take the food up to our room! Room. One Bedroom City view Level 16 (looking over Trump Hotel - which has a tiny pool??!) a great sided room with 2 balconies one off the bedroom (king bed) & one off the living room which has a very comfortable (double size) foldout bed. There is great storage for all your clothing & shopping! Bathroom is a good size. Restaurants. Standard american food . . . however you can grill your own meat at the buffet restaurant, which is great! The pool restaurant was our favourite!

“Great hotel”

I highly recommend this hotel. It's location is perfect, on the beach but quieter because it is not right in the center of activity. The room was beautiful as is the rest of the hotel. Staff is great. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for renovations, also I didn't go to the grill because I didn't want to cook my own food while on vacation. This is a great hotel!!!

“Hawaii K O!”

Our stay at the Outrigger Reef was a terrific one. We arrived on an early flight, and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to have us in our room as soon as possible. The service was absolutely brilliant at all times, it would be fair to say that it it is the best we have experienced ever.... Special mention of Lorrie, the lovely lady that cleaned our room each day, not only was she superb in ensuring that our room was always clean, she would always go out of her way to great you in a warm friendly way. The hotel itself is in a great spot, and a comfortable walk to anywhere you want to go. Breakfast at Oceanhouse, highly recommended, top staff, excellent food and great service.....

Outrigger Reed on the Beach was fantastic.. Location, comfort, cleanliness was fabulous..I would recommend this hotel to everyone..

The Outrigger Reef is the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay there. I would definitely stay there again. The only problem I had was setting up the wi-fi for my laptop. Having three restaurants in the hotel and direct access to the beach were a huge plus. The rooms were decent size with comfortable furniture. The balcony also gave us a good view of the ocean and pool.

“All You Need in Waikiki”

The Outrigger on the Beach was great - top location - easy access to the beach and shops. Good restaurants and bars and the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back for sure.
