Reality did not match reservation. Staff seems impatience and unwilling to address concern and question raised.

i wouldn't stay here...

Lee booked a king size bed, of course upon check in they said they didn't have any except by the elevator. The elevators are so old and noisy it kept us up all night. Front desk took 20 rings to answer. The room door stuck so much you had to use your shoulder to enter. The toilet kept running and running. Horrible!

Good Location, poor attention to detail

Checking in late at night with nobody else waiting, the front desk ran through the intro at an auctioneers pace and seemed to want to get rid of me more than welcome me. Checking out was much more pleasant. The location and facility were excellent, and the housekeeping staff in the hallways were very pleasant and friendly. However, the bathroom in my room was dirty upon my arrival, long hair left in several areas in plain sight, not just in the corners or under the counter. I was too exhausted to deal with it when I checked in, but for the money you pay in that area, you should expect exceptional service at the desk and from housekeeping. Since this location is right next to the beach, there were more homeless people approaching me in the evening than when I stayed a few blocks away at the Courtyard by marriott. I will probably look elsewhere next time I stay in Waikiki.

Good location, wonderful staff

Our recent stay was wonderful, it was a good place to call home for a week. The staff were absolutely superb, friendly and helpful. The rooms however were a bit dated and need some fixing up. It was liveable but nothing compared to the one in Kauai.

Old, refurbished, but still pretty utilitarian.

Staff were pleasant; room was clean, but pretty basic. Hotel is across the street from the beach. Our tower was a block from the beach with a newer tower between our tower and the beach. Overpriced for what you get.

ビーチにも近い、マンモスホテル

とても大きなホテルなので、部屋によってかなり景色が違うと思います。 ダイヤモンドヘッド側には、ワイキキのビーチホテルくらいしかないので、ダイヤモンドヘッドビューを指定するとまず綺麗にダイヤモンドヘッドが見えると思います。 ホテルしては部屋が広いしラナイもあるので、テイクアウトで何か買って部屋で御飯もいいと思います。 コーヒーメーカーでお湯も沸かせるので、インスタントのスープなど持っていけばいいですよ! コーヒーももちろん毎日補充してくれるので、ABCでサンドイッチとか買っておけば、朝食はそれで十分でした。 プールサイドもゆったりしていて、トロピカルドリンク飲みながらビーチチェアーでそよ風に吹かれて最高でした。 チェクインの時に、1ドリンク券をくれるのでそれがプールサイドのバーで使えます。 値段もそこまで高くないので、また利用しようと思ってます^_^

Pros: Everything
Location: Two minutes walk to waikiki beach, shopping at your doorstep. Eateries everywhere near by.
Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, great view would stay there again.

安くて場所も悪くなかった。 評価としては満足しています。 また行きたいとおもいます。 食事は食べていないのでわからないが、最寄りに有名なイタリアンがあるのでオススメします。

マリオットのブランドクオリティーとは思えぬ質の低さを感じました。 案内も不親切で、スタッフと何か交流する機会もありませんでしたので、評価のしようがありません。
