"Convenient, clean, comfy, good stay."
We stayed here two nights on the last leg of our trip to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks. Hotel is several miles to town, but in a scenic area. Took about 10 minutes to get into town. Beds were very comfy, room clean and very quiet. Bathroom needed some fresh paint, but was clean. Good wifi if you need to look up anything on the internet. They have exterior rooms, so you can park right outside your room, if you are on the first floor, which I loved! Easy unpacking and unpacking. Had a pool, which we didn't use. Very friendly, helpful front desk, free newspapers in the lobby. Decent hot breakfast, waffles, biscuits and gravy, usual cereals, fruit, yogurt and rolls. Plenty of seating. There is a Subway restaurant right behind the hotel, a small Mexican restaurant , and a convenience store and gas station as well. A grocery store is located a few blocks away, if you need to pick up any supplies. The only complaint I had was 4 or 5 times when we either entered or left our room, there were people sitting outside on the ground, in front of the room next to ours, smoking. Lots smoke and smell, ewww!!! Once you could even smell it in our room after we came back in. I think the hotel should have a policy of no smoking within 50 feet of the rooms. Didn't see anyone else smoking around the rooms, guess we were just lucky! Other than that, I recommend this hotel, quiet, clean and good fair room rates.
